【摘要】：人居生活的舒適性是評判其生活質量的主要標準之一，“以人為本”，聲環(huán)境則是人性化設計中的較為重要的一部分。隨著今年噪聲污染的攀升，對人們生理上和心理上都造成了重大的影響。長期以來，我國在規(guī)劃方面對社區(qū)的噪聲環(huán)境的防治和規(guī)劃并未投入相應的重視，導致了不少問題的存在。因而，聲環(huán)境的優(yōu)化是刻不容緩的。 首先，對華僑城社區(qū)的概況進行分析，分別從規(guī)劃布局、建筑布局、以及交通規(guī)劃這三方面來進行概述；并且對噪聲的基本概念以及相關理論進行說明，，明確噪聲的概念以及本文所涉及的噪聲種類，明確噪聲的主要影響因素，即規(guī)劃設計因素以及主觀的社會因素和心理因素，和噪聲優(yōu)化的主要原則，即整體性原則，經濟性原則和區(qū)域性原則。 然后，對華僑城社區(qū)的噪聲環(huán)境進行軟件模擬、現(xiàn)場測量以及問卷調查，來對其進行評估，并分析華僑城社區(qū)內的噪聲影響主要原因。 最后，基于華僑城社區(qū)現(xiàn)狀所采取的降噪措施，即規(guī)劃布局、景觀降噪、交通規(guī)劃這三方面來進行，進而總結較為適宜的降噪措施，并針對華僑城社區(qū)提出降噪建議，按照現(xiàn)狀、未來更新、以及重建這三個進程來進行，進而為以后社區(qū)聲環(huán)境設計提供一定的借鑒。 論文以華僑社區(qū)為主要研究對象，通過對華僑城社區(qū)噪聲環(huán)境的研究提出相應的優(yōu)化建議，來為我國社區(qū)環(huán)境的聲環(huán)境評估及優(yōu)化方面提供相關的借鑒參考，從而豐富規(guī)劃設計手段和方法。
[Abstract]:The comfortableness of human settlement is one of the main standards to judge the quality of life. "People-oriented" and "sound environment" are important parts of humanized design. With the increase of noise pollution this year, it has a great influence on people's physiology and psychology. For a long time, the prevention and control of the noise environment in the community has not been paid much attention to in the planning of our country, which has led to a lot of problems. Therefore, the sound environment optimization is urgent. First of all, to analyze the general situation of the community of overseas Chinese cities, respectively from the planning layout, architectural layout, and traffic planning to outline these three aspects; and to explain the basic concept of noise and related theories. It is clear that the concept of noise and the types of noise involved in this paper, the main influencing factors of noise, namely planning and design factors, subjective social factors and psychological factors, and the main principle of noise optimization, that is, the principle of integrity. Economic principle and regional principle. Then, the noise environment of overseas Chinese city community is simulated by software, field measurement and questionnaire survey to evaluate the noise environment, and analyze the main causes of the noise impact in overseas Chinese city community. Finally, based on the noise reduction measures taken in the community of overseas Chinese cities, namely, planning layout, landscape noise reduction and traffic planning, the paper summarizes the more appropriate noise reduction measures, and puts forward some noise reduction suggestions for the community of overseas Chinese cities. According to the present situation, the future renewal and reconstruction of the three processes to carry out, and then for the future community sound environment design to provide some reference. This paper takes the overseas Chinese community as the main research object, through the research of the community noise environment of overseas Chinese city, puts forward the corresponding optimization suggestion, provides the relevant reference for our country community environment sound environment appraisal and the optimization aspect. Thus, the planning and design means and methods are enriched.
