【摘要】：以往針對我國大學(xué)校園規(guī)劃評價的核心主要是圍繞在教學(xué)生活、空間架構(gòu)、交通流線、校園景觀等方面，較少以綠色生態(tài)性為核心來深入探討，所以本研究主要以大學(xué)校園規(guī)劃的綠色校園評價為主題，并采取實際調(diào)查、分析比較等方式進行研究，以了解目前我國綠色大學(xué)校園規(guī)劃的現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展趨勢，檢驗與完善我國新近頒布的綠色校園評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 本研究在理論基礎(chǔ)部分以文獻回顧為主，主要以綠色大學(xué)校園理論、綠色校園評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和大學(xué)校園規(guī)劃理論為主；案例分析部分以田野調(diào)查來進行實地研究，并配合相關(guān)校園資料收集，讓此研究的廣度與深度都能達到一定程度；最后分析階段是以歸納分析與比較分析進行，將調(diào)查樣本作比較與分析藉以達到本研究最終目的。本研究主要目的：一方面，從宏觀層面比較中、美、英綠色校園評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，為日后完善我國綠色校園評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提供參考；另一方面，本文是以綠色校園評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)應(yīng)用于大學(xué)校園規(guī)劃為主的研究，以大學(xué)校園為主要研究對象，具體以廣州大學(xué)大學(xué)城校區(qū)、香港大學(xué)主校園、山東建筑大學(xué)新校區(qū)、同濟大學(xué)四平路校區(qū)為例，通過案例自評估及分析比較研究，探討我國《綠色校園評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》5.1章節(jié)[規(guī)劃與可持續(xù)場地]的15項指標(biāo)和條款內(nèi)容的合理性，并輔以國外相關(guān)評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的研究與國內(nèi)案例的自評估，對我國標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中有待完善或者評價存在異議的條款進行優(yōu)化研究，以求完善我國綠色校園評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 本研究成果主要包括兩方面內(nèi)容，第一，，對于我國大學(xué)校園規(guī)劃的趨勢與建議：在歸納分析出我國大學(xué)校園規(guī)劃發(fā)展趨勢的情況下，對我國綠色大學(xué)校園實踐活動提出建議；第二，展望我國綠色大學(xué)校園評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的未來：基于本研究的案例比較分析和評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)比較研究等成果，對于我國《綠色校園評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》高等學(xué)校規(guī)劃分項標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提供優(yōu)化建議，并展望其未來。
[Abstract]:In the past, the core of college campus planning evaluation in China was mainly focused on teaching life, space structure, traffic streamline, campus landscape and so on. So this research mainly takes the green campus evaluation of the university campus planning as the theme, and takes the actual investigation, the analysis and comparison and so on to carry on the research, in order to understand the present situation and the development tendency of the green university campus planning in our country. Test and perfect the green campus evaluation standard recently promulgated in our country. This study is mainly based on literature review in the theoretical basis, mainly on the green campus theory, green campus evaluation criteria and university campus planning theory; case analysis part based on field investigation to carry out field research. And with the relevant campus data collection, so that the breadth and depth of this study can reach a certain degree; the final stage of analysis is to inductive analysis and comparative analysis, survey samples to compare and analysis in order to achieve the ultimate purpose of this study. The main purposes of this study are: on the one hand, from the macro level comparison, the United States, the United Kingdom green campus evaluation standards, for the future improvement of green campus evaluation standards; on the other hand, This paper is based on the application of green campus evaluation criteria to the university campus planning, taking the university campus as the main research object, specifically to Guangzhou University City campus, the main campus of Hong Kong University, the new campus of Shandong Architecture University. Through case self-evaluation and comparative study, this paper discusses the rationality of 15 indexes and articles in Chapter 5.1 of "Green Campus Evaluation Standard" [Planning and Sustainable site] in Sipinglu Campus, Tongji University. And with the relevant evaluation standards of foreign research and self-evaluation of domestic cases, to optimize the provisions of our standards to be improved or there are objections to the evaluation, in order to improve the evaluation standards of green campus in China. The results of this study mainly include two aspects: first, the trend and suggestions of campus planning in our country: on the basis of summing up and analyzing the development trend of campus planning in our country, some suggestions are put forward to the practical activities of green university campus in our country; Second, looking forward to the future of campus evaluation standards of green universities in China: based on the comparative analysis of case studies and comparative research on evaluation standards of this study, it provides suggestions for optimization of the sub-criteria for the planning of colleges and universities in China, such as "Evaluation Standards for Green Campus". And look forward to its future.
