具有調(diào)濕功能的多孔陶瓷磚的制備與表征

【摘要】:本文以硅藻土為主要原料,添加長石、粘土、滑石粉和膨潤士等原料,經(jīng)過壓制、干燥、燒結(jié),成功制備了具有吸濕和放濕功能的硅藻土基多孔陶瓷磚。通過正交實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)、對比試驗(yàn)等試驗(yàn)方法,結(jié)合抗壓強(qiáng)度、收縮率指標(biāo)確定多孔陶瓷磚的最佳工藝配方:硅藻土:60%、鉀長石:5%、膨潤土:6%、滑石粉:3%、粘土:11%、分離沉淀物:15%。坯體的壓強(qiáng)定為:20Mpa,燒結(jié)溫度:960℃。同時(shí),研究了燒結(jié)溫度對硅藻土基陶瓷磚組織和性能的影響。 本文采用D/Max2500PC型X射線衍射分析儀對最佳工藝所得樣品進(jìn)行相分析;采用JSM-5600LV型掃描電子顯微鏡對樣品的顯微組織進(jìn)行觀察;采用阿基米德法測定陶瓷磚的密度;采用WDW-200型電子萬能試驗(yàn)機(jī)測定多孔陶瓷的抗壓強(qiáng)度;采用HDHWHS-50型恒溫恒濕試驗(yàn)箱測定多孔陶瓷的吸濕和放濕功能。 研究結(jié)果表明:燒結(jié)后的沒有復(fù)雜相產(chǎn)生,這與樣品的較低的燒成溫度有關(guān)。通過掃描電鏡觀察到,隨著燒結(jié)溫度的提高,陶瓷磚的孔隙減少。在960℃時(shí),陶瓷磚的密度為1.37g/cm3,抗壓強(qiáng)度為28.41Mpa。陶瓷磚的密度和抗壓強(qiáng)度隨著燒結(jié)溫度的增大而增大。陶瓷磚的最大吸濕量為32mg/g,最大放濕量為30mg/g,且陶瓷磚的吸濕和放濕能力隨著燒結(jié)溫度的增大而減少。研究表明,多孔陶瓷磚的孔徑結(jié)構(gòu)直接影響著吸濕過程中的毛細(xì)凝聚現(xiàn)象和放濕過程中的水分蒸發(fā)過程,對于陶瓷磚的吸濕和放濕能力具有很大的影響。
