【摘要】：我國是世界第一大溫室氣體排放國,建筑業(yè)CO2排放量位居我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)各部門之首,而我國建筑業(yè)仍處于高能耗、高碳排的粗放型產(chǎn)業(yè)階段,發(fā)展低碳建筑是建筑業(yè)由能源密集型向高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的必然選擇。通過對影響我國建筑業(yè)低碳轉(zhuǎn)型升級關(guān)鍵因素的深入剖析,創(chuàng)新性地從社會認(rèn)知、低碳技術(shù)、碳交易市場和政策體系等方面提出相應(yīng)的對策建議。
[Abstract]:China is the largest greenhouse gas emitter in the world, and the CO2 emission of construction industry ranks first in all sectors of our national economy. However, China's construction industry is still in the extensive industrial stage of high energy consumption and high carbon emissions. The development of low-carbon building is the inevitable choice for the construction industry to transform from energy-intensive to high-tech industry. Through the in-depth analysis of the key factors affecting the low-carbon transformation and upgrading of China's construction industry, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of social cognition, low-carbon technology, carbon trading market and policy system.
