分體式冰箱節(jié)能性研究

【摘要】:我國是目前世界上冰箱生產(chǎn)和消費(fèi)最大的國家,各大冰箱生產(chǎn)企業(yè)在中國市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)逐漸進(jìn)入白熱化階段,節(jié)能和環(huán)保是目前市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中的重要部分。冰箱的節(jié)能性不光關(guān)系到冰箱企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展,也是到我國可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略能否順利進(jìn)行的重要保證。目前冰箱節(jié)能的技術(shù)和方法很多,有些已經(jīng)取得了很好的市場(chǎng)效果,而有些仍在試驗(yàn)階段。冰箱的節(jié)能技術(shù)和手段也在隨著冰箱的發(fā)展不斷的進(jìn)行革新,為冰箱節(jié)能帶來的更多的潛力。 根據(jù)家用分體式空調(diào)的結(jié)構(gòu)形式本文提出了“分體式冰箱”的設(shè)想,將冰箱一拆為二,把冷凝器和壓縮機(jī)放到室外與大氣環(huán)境進(jìn)行直接熱交換,冰箱的其他主要部分如仍然放在室內(nèi),通過相應(yīng)的線路將兩部分結(jié)合在一起!胺煮w式冰箱”的冷凝器的工作環(huán)境與置于室內(nèi)時(shí)發(fā)生的很大變化,室外環(huán)境條件的變化對(duì)冷凝器的散熱效果產(chǎn)生了很大的影響,同時(shí)也對(duì)冰箱的能耗產(chǎn)生了影響。 為了進(jìn)一步探究“分體式冰箱”的節(jié)能性,對(duì)兩臺(tái)直冷式冷藏冰箱進(jìn)行了對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn),其中一臺(tái)改裝成為“分體式冰箱”,另一臺(tái)未做處理,將兩臺(tái)冰箱放在相同的室內(nèi)環(huán)境中進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)量。 以青島地區(qū)為例,,分別在春、夏、秋、冬四個(gè)季節(jié)對(duì)兩臺(tái)冰箱的箱體內(nèi)空氣溫度、冰箱開機(jī)時(shí)間、冰箱耗電量以及冰箱冷凝器表面平均溫度等數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行比較分析,得到“分體式冰箱”在夏季的節(jié)能效果最好,在春季和秋季節(jié)能效果不明顯,在冬季不節(jié)能。除此之外,綜合兩臺(tái)冰箱在12個(gè)月以及整年的耗電量情況,得出“分體式冰箱”在全年運(yùn)行是節(jié)能的。 除了實(shí)驗(yàn)探究之外,本文還進(jìn)行了理論計(jì)算分析,得到冰箱冷凝器在室外環(huán)境下的冷凝溫度與環(huán)境溫度、制冷量以及COP變化率之間的關(guān)系。又通過冰箱耗電量的分析計(jì)算,得到冷藏室空氣溫度隨冰箱運(yùn)行時(shí)間變化關(guān)系和冰箱連續(xù)運(yùn)行的耗電量計(jì)算結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:China is the largest country in refrigerator production and consumption in the world at present. The competition of refrigerator manufacturing enterprises in Chinese market has gradually entered the stage of white-hot. Energy saving and environmental protection are the important part of the current market competition. The energy saving of refrigerators is not only related to the survival and development of refrigerator enterprises, but also an important guarantee to the sustainable development strategy of our country. At present, there are many technologies and methods for refrigerator energy conservation, some of which have achieved good market results, while some are still in the experimental stage. The energy saving technology and means of refrigerators are innovating with the development of refrigerators, which brings more potential for energy saving of refrigerators. According to the structural form of domestic split air conditioning, this paper puts forward the idea of "separate refrigerator". The refrigerator is divided into two parts, and the condenser and compressor are placed outdoors for direct heat exchange with the atmospheric environment. The other main parts of the refrigerator, such as remain indoors, are wired together. The working environment of the condenser in the "split refrigerator" has great changes when it is placed indoors. The change of the outdoor environment conditions has a great influence on the cooling effect of the condenser and also on the energy consumption of the refrigerator. In order to further explore the energy efficiency of the "split refrigerator", a comparative experiment was carried out on two direct-cooled refrigerators, one of which was converted into a "split refrigerator" and the other was not treated. The two refrigerators were tested in the same indoor environment. Taking Qingdao area as an example, the data of air temperature inside the refrigerator, the time of starting the refrigerator, the power consumption of the refrigerator and the average surface temperature of the condenser of the refrigerator were compared and analyzed in spring, summer, autumn and winter, respectively. The results show that the energy saving effect of "split refrigerator" is the best in summer, not obvious in spring and autumn, and not energy saving in winter. In addition, combined with the two refrigerators in 12 months and the entire year of electricity consumption, it is concluded that the "split refrigerator" operation throughout the year is energy-saving. In addition to the experimental investigation, the relationship between the condensing temperature of the refrigerator condenser and the ambient temperature, the refrigerating capacity and the change rate of COP in the outdoor environment is obtained by theoretical calculation and analysis. Through the analysis and calculation of refrigerator power consumption, the relationship between the air temperature in the refrigerator and the operation time of the refrigerator and the calculation results of the power consumption in the continuous operation of the refrigerator are obtained.
