DS建筑企業(yè)核心員工職業(yè)生涯管理研究
[Abstract]:In the increasingly developing and competitive construction industry, talent competition is becoming increasingly fierce. With the promotion of the core staff's important role in the construction enterprises and the intensification of the talent flow, how to attract and retain the core talents has become a problem that must be considered by the construction enterprises at present. It is found that career planning for core staff is an extremely important and new task in human resource management of construction enterprises. When the enterprise plays a good role in the career, it will make the employees set a clear goal and ideal, help them overcome the difficulties of career development, avoid the trap of life, and obtain the success of their career. Therefore, the implementation of employee career planning is an important measure to realize the win-win of enterprise development and employee growth, and then to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises and the career development potential of employees. Under the guidance of career management theory, this paper, on the basis of visiting the core staff of DS construction enterprise, questionnaire and deeply understanding the status of career management of the core staff in this enterprise, analyzes the present situation of the enterprise career management. The existing problems and reasons are analyzed, and the coordination of the overall management system of the organization is summarized, the channel of staff career development is expanded, and the performance management and salary policy based on career planning are established. To formulate the career management plan of core staff at different stages and to build a people-oriented corporate culture. This paper points out the direction of how to establish and perfect the career management of the core staff, and demonstrates the important role of the construction of the staff career management system in the process of construction enterprise reform. For the construction industry staff career management system construction to provide reference.
