集中供熱系統(tǒng)室溫控制策略研究

【摘要】:良好的采暖房間室溫控制不但是節(jié)能的主要手段,也是提高人們居住環(huán)境品質(zhì)的體現(xiàn)。為更好的適應(yīng)城市集中供熱系統(tǒng)的分戶熱計量系統(tǒng),提高用戶節(jié)能的意識,本文針對室溫控制策略進行研究。根據(jù)傳熱學(xué)理論建立采暖房間的室溫控制模型,該模型主要包括室內(nèi)空氣動態(tài)過程子模型、散熱器動態(tài)過程子模型和恒溫閥溫度傳感器動態(tài)過程子模型,通過實驗獲得采暖房間控制點溫度的數(shù)據(jù),從而確定了采暖房間室溫的傳遞函數(shù)。 針對供熱系統(tǒng)的大慣性、大遲滯、時變性和不確定性等特點,提出了采暖房間室溫控制的三種算法即PID控制器、DMC控制系統(tǒng)和DMC-PID串級控制系統(tǒng),并進行仿真,對其控制性能分析比較,DMC-PID控制系統(tǒng)的室溫響應(yīng)曲線超調(diào)量比DMC控制系統(tǒng)超調(diào)量減少20%,比PID控制器超調(diào)量減少26%;達到穩(wěn)態(tài)的響應(yīng)時間比DMC控制系統(tǒng)快速20%,比PID控制器快速55.6%。 本文提出了DMC-PID串級控制的室溫控制策略,它綜合PID控制強抗干擾能力和DMC控制算法的強跟蹤性能優(yōu)點,在跟蹤性、抗干擾性和魯棒性方面具有良好的控制品質(zhì),為供暖室內(nèi)溫度控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計開辟了一條新途徑,在整個供熱網(wǎng)中具有廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Good room temperature control is not only the main means of energy saving, but also the embodiment of improving people's living environment quality. In order to better adapt to the household heat metering system of urban central heating system and improve the awareness of energy saving, the control strategy of room temperature is studied in this paper. Based on the theory of heat transfer, the room temperature control model of heating room is established. The model mainly includes the sub-model of indoor air dynamic process, the submodel of radiator dynamic process and the dynamic process sub-model of constant temperature valve temperature sensor. The data of the control point temperature of the heating room are obtained by experiments, and the transfer function of the room temperature is determined. In view of the characteristics of large inertia, large hysteresis, time variation and uncertainty of heating system, three algorithms of room temperature control of heating room, namely, PID controller control system and DMC-PID cascade control system, are proposed and simulated. The control performance of DMC-PID control system is analyzed and compared. The room temperature response curve overshoot of DMC-PID control system is 20 less than that of DMC control system, and 26 times less than that of PID controller, and the steady response time is 20 times faster than that of DMC control system and 55.6 percent faster than that of PID controller. This paper presents a room temperature control strategy for DMC-PID cascade control. It combines the strong anti-jamming ability of PID control and the strong tracking performance of DMC control algorithm. It has good control quality in tracking, anti-jamming and robustness. It opens up a new way for the design of heating indoor temperature control system and has a wide application prospect in the whole heating network.
