【摘要】：隨著老齡化社會(huì)的到來,各種各樣的老齡化問題也接踵而來,而在各種老齡化帶來的社會(huì)問題中,環(huán)境問題在上海這樣的大都市中尤其凸顯,成為城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要一環(huán)。老年人退休后的節(jié)奏變慢,大量的閑暇時(shí)光無處安排,在心里和生活體驗(yàn)上都帶來了負(fù)面的影響。對(duì)于上海而言,老年人生活相對(duì)得到了保障,正因此,老年人的文化活動(dòng)、娛樂社交、生活環(huán)境成為新的研究熱點(diǎn)。然而目前城市規(guī)劃建設(shè)并沒有及時(shí)對(duì)老齡化這一現(xiàn)象做出積極的應(yīng)對(duì),忽略了老年人對(duì)戶外活動(dòng)場(chǎng)所的需求,缺少具有人文關(guān)懷的公共環(huán)境,嚴(yán)重影響了生活質(zhì)量的提高,浪費(fèi)了社會(huì)公共資源。在人性化的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)下,針對(duì)于上海城市公園的發(fā)展來講,人性化是一種人文關(guān)懷的價(jià)值體現(xiàn)。城市公園作為老年人休閑活動(dòng)的主要公共場(chǎng)所,是城市中老年人最重要的游憩空間。本文從老年人對(duì)城市公園的使用需求角度出發(fā),以人文關(guān)懷為衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)上海城市公園的環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)、功能使用等方面進(jìn)行了實(shí)地調(diào)查分析。通過研究文獻(xiàn)和相關(guān)資料,總結(jié)了上海城市公園職能及設(shè)計(jì)觀念的發(fā)展特點(diǎn),分析了老年人在戶外活動(dòng)空間的生理、心理、行為、社會(huì)性特征需求,探討了人文關(guān)懷設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)于上海城市公園發(fā)展的實(shí)踐意義。 當(dāng)下上海城市公園規(guī)劃建設(shè)需對(duì)老年人戶外活動(dòng)場(chǎng)所的人文關(guān)懷設(shè)計(jì)做重點(diǎn)研究。論文收集了超過20個(gè)公園的數(shù)據(jù)資料和圖片,發(fā)掘上海城市公園老年人活動(dòng)場(chǎng)所設(shè)計(jì)的缺陷和問題,總結(jié)適用于老年人的城市公園人文關(guān)懷設(shè)計(jì)的原則,最后提出了老齡化社會(huì)上海城市公園人文關(guān)懷設(shè)計(jì)的策略,并強(qiáng)調(diào)應(yīng)該積極的應(yīng)對(duì)老齡化社會(huì)的環(huán)境需求問題及時(shí)制定人文關(guān)懷的環(huán)境評(píng)估體系。如何讓城市公園在時(shí)代發(fā)展中的職能更新更符合老年人的需求、更高效率的發(fā)揮功能作用,如何讓人文關(guān)懷設(shè)計(jì)成為城市公園規(guī)劃的必須考量因素,是對(duì)城市公園規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)提出的新的挑戰(zhàn),這也是當(dāng)下非常值得研究和思考的課題。
[Abstract]:With the coming of the aging society, all kinds of aging problems are also ensuing, and in the social problems brought about by aging, environmental problems are especially prominent in the metropolis such as Shanghai, and become an important part of the sustainable development of the city. There is a negative impact on the life experience. For Shanghai, the life of the elderly is relatively guaranteed. As a result, the old people's cultural activities, entertainment, social and living environment have become a new research hotspot. However, the urban planning and construction does not make a positive response to the aging phenomenon in time and ignores the elderly people. The demand for outdoor activities, the lack of the public environment with humanistic care, seriously affect the improvement of the quality of life and waste the social and public resources. In the development trend of human nature, humanization is the embodiment of the value of humanistic care for the development of Shanghai city park. The public place is the most important recreation space for the elderly in the city. From the angle of the use of the old people to the city park, this paper makes a field investigation and Analysis on the environmental design and function use of Shanghai city park with the humanistic care as the measure standard. Through the study of literature and related materials, the paper summarizes the urban public of Shanghai. The development characteristics of the garden function and design concept, and the analysis of the elderly people's physiological, psychological, behavioral and social characteristics in the outdoor space, and discuss the practical significance of the humanistic care design for the development of Shanghai city park.
At present, the planning and construction of Shanghai city park needs to focus on the humanistic care design of the old people's outdoor activities. The paper collects data and pictures of more than 20 parks, explores the defects and problems of the design of the old people in Shanghai City Park, and summarizes the principles of humanistic care design suitable for the old people in urban parks. At last, it puts forward the strategy of humanistic care design of Shanghai City Park in the aging society, and emphasizes that it should actively deal with the environmental needs of the aging society and formulate the environmental assessment system in time. It is a new challenge to the planning and design of urban parks, which is also a subject worth studying and thinking at present.
