鉆孔灌注樁缺陷檢測與處理技術的應用研究

【摘要】:隨著國民經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展,大量的鉆孔灌注樁被應用于建筑、橋梁及交通等工程實踐中,不僅大大促進了灌注樁施工的機具設備及工藝的發(fā)展,而且導致了灌注樁缺陷檢測與處理技術的迅速發(fā)展,為工程建設的質(zhì)量提供了可靠有力的保障。 本文對樁基檢測技術中跨孔聲波透射法的檢測原理、方法及灌注樁缺陷的判定方法進行系統(tǒng)的研究,介紹了高壓噴射注漿技術和靜壓注漿技術的作用機理及施工工藝。研究表明,通過跨孔聲波透射法,在灌注樁缺陷處理前期對樁基缺陷性質(zhì)作出判定及在缺陷處理后期對其進行監(jiān)測,為使處理后的效果達到最佳提供有力的技術保證;通過工程實例,先運用高壓旋噴注漿法進行帷幕注漿,然后采用靜壓注漿技術,再經(jīng)過二次置換將樁身缺陷部位的水泥漿置換成混凝土,從而滿足施工設計要求。工程實踐表明,在樁基缺陷處理工程中,,一種注漿法往往難以滿足要求,應視具體情況,運用兩種或是兩種以上的注漿方法使缺陷處理的成功率及效果得到大大提高。
[Abstract]:With the development of national economy, a large number of bored piles have been used in construction, bridge and traffic engineering practice, which not only greatly promote the development of construction equipment and technology of cast-in-place piles. It also leads to the rapid development of defect detection and treatment technology of cast-in-place pile and provides a reliable and effective guarantee for the quality of engineering construction. In this paper, the detection principle and method of cross hole acoustic wave transmission method in pile foundation testing technology are systematically studied, and the working mechanism and construction technology of high pressure jet grouting technology and static pressure grouting technology are introduced. The results show that the properties of pile foundation defects are judged in the early stage of defect treatment of cast-in-place pile and monitored in the later stage of defect treatment by transporous acoustic transmission method, which provides a strong technical guarantee for the best effect after treatment. Through engineering example, the curtain grouting is carried out by high pressure rotary grouting method, and then the cement slurry in the defective part of pile body is replaced into concrete by using static pressure grouting technology, which meets the requirements of construction design. Engineering practice shows that in pile foundation defect treatment, one grouting method is often difficult to meet the requirements, and two or more grouting methods should be used to greatly improve the success rate and effect of defect treatment.
