【摘要】：園林綠化行業(yè)成為綠色朝陽(yáng)行業(yè)正經(jīng)歷著蓬勃發(fā)展的階段，但有關(guān)行業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和存在問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)性研究一直較少。本文以浙江省園林綠化行業(yè)為研究對(duì)象，通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和借助政府平臺(tái)方式獲取大量一手?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)，并以此開(kāi)展分析研究。 本文首先將行業(yè)調(diào)查內(nèi)容設(shè)定為管理機(jī)構(gòu)、科研教育機(jī)構(gòu)和園林企業(yè)，有針對(duì)性地發(fā)放問(wèn)卷近2000份，，走訪了杭州、寧波等十一地市回訪核對(duì)問(wèn)卷數(shù)據(jù)，與相關(guān)人員就管理或經(jīng)營(yíng)突出矛盾和問(wèn)題進(jìn)行座談。 在問(wèn)卷和座談資料的基礎(chǔ)上，本文首先研究了浙江省城市園林建設(shè)成效情況，對(duì)2007-2011年間城市園林建設(shè)指標(biāo)、城市園林綠化財(cái)政投入指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了全省縱向和各市橫、縱向?qū)Ρ龋⒁?個(gè)外部指標(biāo)與城市園林建設(shè)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析。通過(guò)分析得出了三大行業(yè)特點(diǎn)：主要指標(biāo)穩(wěn)步上升，各城市間發(fā)展不均；財(cái)政支出穩(wěn)定，固定資產(chǎn)投資波動(dòng)；外部因素眾多，園林建設(shè)易受影響。 本文還在258家有效企業(yè)樣本的基本情況、財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)和人員數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合官方統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)、文獻(xiàn)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)，對(duì)浙江省園林綠化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究，測(cè)算了2011年浙江省園林綠化行業(yè)容量、浙江省園林綠化企業(yè)數(shù)量產(chǎn)值及分布、浙江省園林綠化行業(yè)從業(yè)者數(shù)量及分布等諸多宏觀數(shù)據(jù)。經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)和測(cè)算，2011年浙江省園林綠化企業(yè)近2000家，從業(yè)者近25萬(wàn)人，省內(nèi)園林綠化市場(chǎng)容量197.22億元，省內(nèi)園林企業(yè)總產(chǎn)值629.43億元，浙江園林市場(chǎng)容量達(dá)到全國(guó)市場(chǎng)6%左右，浙江省園林企業(yè)產(chǎn)值達(dá)到全國(guó)市場(chǎng)21%。最終得出了我省園林行業(yè)另外三大特點(diǎn)：企業(yè)數(shù)量眾多，高資質(zhì)大型企業(yè)多；經(jīng)濟(jì)因素影響，企業(yè)和人才較集中；產(chǎn)值大于容量，外埠經(jīng)營(yíng)非�；钴S。 除上述六大行業(yè)特點(diǎn)外，本文還在問(wèn)卷及座談資料的基礎(chǔ)上，總結(jié)出四大行業(yè)主要問(wèn)題：園林建設(shè)不均衡，財(cái)政投入欠合理；省內(nèi)市場(chǎng)趨飽和，不正當(dāng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)凸顯；跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營(yíng)受限，地域壁壘難逾越；資金瓶頸成焦點(diǎn)，企業(yè)苦尋新出路。本文還針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題從政府和企業(yè)多角度提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議，以期對(duì)園林綠化行業(yè)健康發(fā)展有一定理論和實(shí)踐的參考意義。
[Abstract]:The landscape greening industry has been a vigorous stage in the green Chaoyang industry , but the basic research on the development situation and existing problems of the industry has been less . In this paper , a large amount of data is obtained through a questionnaire survey and a government platform , and the research is carried out by means of a questionnaire and a government platform .

In this paper , the content of the industry investigation is set as the management mechanism , the research and education institutions and the garden enterprises , and nearly 2000 questionnaires are distributed , and the data of the return visit of eleven cities , such as Hangzhou , Ningbo , etc . , is visited , and the relevant personnel are interviewed on the conflict and the problems of management or management .

Based on the questionnaire and the discussion data , this paper first studied the achievements of urban landscape construction in Zhejiang Province , compared the urban landscape construction index and the urban landscape greening financial input index between 2007 and 2011 , and analyzed the correlation between the four external indexes and the urban landscape construction indexes .
Financial expenditure is stable and the fluctuation of fixed assets investment ;
The external factors are numerous , and the garden construction is easy to be affected .

Based on the basic information , financial data and personnel data of 258 effective enterprise samples , this paper studies the status quo of landscape greening industry in Zhejiang Province by combining official statistics and literature statistics .
Economic factors influence , enterprises and talents are concentrated ;
Output value is larger than capacity , and the operation of external port is very active .

In addition to the characteristics of the six major industries mentioned above , this paper also summarizes the main problems of the four major industries on the basis of the questionnaire and the interview data : the imbalance of the landscape construction and the lack of reasonable financial input ;
The market tends to be saturated in the province , and the unfair competition is highlighted ;
Cross - region operation is limited , and geographical barriers are difficult to exceed ;
This paper also puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the perspective of government and enterprise , with a view to the reference significance of some theory and practice to the healthy development of landscape greening industry .
