泉州地區(qū)適宜綠色建筑技術研究及應用實踐

【摘要】:隨著科學技術的進步,人類社會創(chuàng)造了前所未有的精神文明和物質文明,但同時也造成了世界范圍內的全球環(huán)境問題及能源短缺問題,人類不得不解決環(huán)境與發(fā)展之間持續(xù)性發(fā)展的問題。建筑做為一個古老的行業(yè),在建造和使用過程中消耗了全球在用能量的50%左右,綠色建筑就是在這樣的歷史環(huán)境中應運而生。我國的綠色建筑研究起步較晚,正處于初級階段,,隨著《綠色建筑評價標準》的頒布和實施,綠色建筑工作正逐步走上正軌。泉州地區(qū)的綠色建筑發(fā)展相對緩慢,綠色技術發(fā)展有待提高,對泉州地區(qū)的綠色技術研究已是一個迫在眉捷的重要問題。 本文取泉州某集團科研樓項目為研究對象,總結泉州地區(qū)適宜綠色建筑的技術特點,以把該科研樓建設成為 級綠色建筑為目標進行分析和研究。論文主要包括5個部分:(1)重點論述了國內外綠色建筑的發(fā)展和現(xiàn)狀,闡述了本文的主要研究內容及創(chuàng)新之處;(2)分析綠色建筑評估體系產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展的意義,并比較國內外現(xiàn)行綠色建筑評估體系的評價范圍和指標內容的差距;(3)以《綠色建筑評價標準》為基礎,基于泉州市的地域及氣候特征,從“節(jié)地、節(jié)能、節(jié)水、節(jié)材和室內環(huán)境及運營管理”等6個方面提出了泉州地區(qū)的適宜綠色技術;(4)通過對工程實例的研究,分析工程中實際應用的綠色技術,運用軟件對項目所使用的技術進行定量分析和比較,指出本地區(qū)有利于綠色建筑的技術措施,并從經(jīng)濟的角度得出綠色技術的可行性。指出綠色建筑在設計時可優(yōu)先選擇容易實現(xiàn)的條款,希望能對本地綠色建筑的設計、評價工作起到借鑒的作用。(5)通過研究指出我國目前綠色建筑發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,并指出適宜泉州地區(qū)綠色建筑發(fā)展的應用技術,對綠色建筑的推廣和發(fā)展提出研究的方向。
[Abstract]:With the progress of science and technology, human society has created unprecedented spiritual and material civilization, but also caused worldwide environmental problems and energy shortages. Human beings have to solve the problem of sustainable development between environment and development. As an ancient industry, architecture consumes about 50% of the global energy in the process of construction and use. Green buildings come into being in such a historical environment. The study of green architecture in China started late and is in the primary stage. With the promulgation and implementation of the Evaluation Standard of Green Building, the work of Green Building is gradually on the right track. The development of green buildings in Quanzhou is relatively slow, and the development of green technology needs to be improved. This paper takes the scientific research building project of a group of Quanzhou as the research object, summarizes the technical characteristics of the suitable green building in Quanzhou area, and analyzes and studies the construction of the scientific research building into a grade green building. The thesis mainly includes five parts: (1) the development and present situation of green building at home and abroad, the main research content and innovation of this paper, (2) the significance of analyzing the emergence and development of green building evaluation system, The difference between the evaluation scope and index content of the current green building evaluation system at home and abroad is compared. (3) based on the "Green Building Evaluation Standard", based on the regional and climatic characteristics of Quanzhou City, from "save land, save energy, save water", The suitable green technology in Quanzhou area is put forward in 6 aspects, such as material saving, indoor environment and operation management. (4) through the research of engineering example, the paper analyzes the green technology applied in practice. This paper makes a quantitative analysis and comparison of the technology used in the project by using software, points out the technical measures in favor of the green building in this area, and obtains the feasibility of the green technology from the economic point of view. This paper points out that green building can choose the terms that are easy to realize in the design of green building, and hope that it can be used for reference in the design and evaluation of local green building. (5) the present situation of green building development in China is pointed out through the research. It also points out the application technology of green building development in Quanzhou area, and puts forward the research direction for the promotion and development of green building.
