基于BIM技術的施工可視化應用研究

【摘要】:據(jù)測算,目前我國工程建設量占全球工程建設總量的一半。隨著城鎮(zhèn)化進程的加快,我國的工程建設量還將繼續(xù)增加。但與我國龐大的建筑市場不相匹配的是建筑業(yè)的技術和管理更新相對緩慢,致使長期以來我國建筑業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率低下。在工程施工過程中具體表現(xiàn)為:工期拖延、質(zhì)量不高、效益低下、安全管理體系不完善及各專業(yè)間的不協(xié)調(diào)等。 BIM(Building Information Modeling)是三維參數(shù)化的數(shù)字模型在建筑全生命周期中的應用,它通過建立涵蓋建筑全生命周期的信息庫,實現(xiàn)信息在建筑全生命周期中各階段、各參與方之間的集成與共享,其本質(zhì)是信息技術在工程建設領域中的應用。通過BIM平臺,項目各參與方能夠及時對BIM模型中的信息進行插入、提取、更新和修改,并用以支持和反映各參與方的職責而協(xié)同作業(yè)。BIM技術在施工階段的應用將提高工程施工過程中信息的利用率,為工程施工各階段、各參與方之間信息的集成與共享提供平臺,實現(xiàn)建設項目的集成化管理。 本論文以BIM理論及其相關軟件為基礎,首先闡述基于BIM技術的施工可視化的技術架構,建立施工可視化分析模型,并在Autodesk Navisworks Manage軟件平臺上展現(xiàn)基于BIM技術的施工可視化實施過程,為論文后續(xù)應用做好準備;然后結合工程建設施工組織過程,對基于BIM技術的施工可視化進行模擬和分析,在AutodeskNavisworks Manage軟件平臺上實現(xiàn)施工階段信息的集成與共享,并得到基于BIM技術的施工過程優(yōu)化子模型、施工過程管理信息子模型、施工過程協(xié)調(diào)子模型等,以期為項目各參與方的決策提供技術支持;再然后總結基于BIM技術的施工可視化技術應用的流程框架及其應用對傳統(tǒng)施工管理方式的改進,以期增強施工項目各參與方對基于BIM技術的施工可視化應用系統(tǒng)的認識、改進施工項目各參與方的工作方法和塑造施工管理的新思維;最后總結基于BIM技術的施工可視化技術在工程項目中推廣應用遇到的問題及其應對措施,以期為施工企業(yè)應用基于BIM技術的施工可視化技術提供借鑒。 本論文的研究成果將有助于減少甚至避免工程施工過程中存在的工期拖延、質(zhì)量不高、效益低下、安全管理體系不完善及各專業(yè)不協(xié)調(diào)等問題,提高施工技術和管理水平。
[Abstract]:It is estimated that at present, the amount of Chinese engineering construction accounts for half of the total amount of global engineering construction. With the acceleration of urbanization, the amount of engineering construction in China will continue to increase. However, the technology and management renewal of the construction industry is relatively slow, which leads to the low efficiency of the construction industry for a long time. In the construction process of the project, the concrete performance is: the construction period is delayed, the quality is not high, the benefit is low, BIM (Building Information Modeling) is the application of 3D parameterized digital model in the whole life cycle of building. In order to realize the integration and sharing of information in all stages of the construction life cycle and among the participants, its essence is the application of information technology in the field of engineering construction. Through the BIM platform, the project participants can insert, extract, update and modify the information in the BIM model in a timely manner. In order to support and reflect the responsibilities of the participants, the application of the cooperative operation. BIM technology in the construction phase will improve the utilization rate of the information in the construction process, and provide a platform for the integration and sharing of information among the participants in each stage of the project construction. Realize the integrated management of the construction project. Based on the theory of BIM and its related software, this paper firstly expounds the technical framework of construction visualization based on BIM technology, and establishes the model of construction visualization analysis. On the platform of Autodesk Navisworks manage software, the implementation process of construction visualization based on Autodesk technology is presented to prepare for the subsequent application of the paper, and then the construction visualization based on Autodesk technology is simulated and analyzed in combination with the construction organization process of the project. Based on Autodesk Navisworks manage software platform, the information of construction phase is integrated and shared, and the construction process optimization sub-model, construction process management information sub-model, construction process coordination sub-model and so on are obtained based on BIM technology. In order to provide technical support for the decision of the project participants, and then summarize the BIM based construction visualization technology application process framework and the application of the traditional construction management mode improvement, In order to enhance the construction project participants' understanding of the construction visualization application system based on BIM technology, improve the construction project participants' working methods and shape the new thinking of construction management; Finally, the paper summarizes the problems encountered in the application of construction visualization technology based on BIM technology in engineering projects and its countermeasures, in order to provide reference for construction enterprises to apply construction visualization technology based on BIM technology. The research results of this paper will help to reduce or even avoid the problems of delay in construction period, low quality, low benefit, imperfect safety management system and incoordination of various specialties in the construction process, and improve the construction technology and management level.
