復(fù)雜工程環(huán)境下施工工法創(chuàng)新機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:業(yè)主需求的不斷變化,先進(jìn)建筑設(shè)計(jì)理念的不斷引進(jìn),結(jié)構(gòu)新穎、工藝復(fù)雜、工法多變、施工難度大的建筑產(chǎn)品不斷涌現(xiàn),對(duì)施工企業(yè)的施工工法創(chuàng)新提出了新的課題。為了更好地做好工法開發(fā)與創(chuàng)新,迫切需要加強(qiáng)探索工法管理的新思路、新方法。國內(nèi)外學(xué)者主要研究了建筑業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)域的產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新管理,涉及工法創(chuàng)新管理的成果比較欠缺。而關(guān)于工法的相關(guān)研究主要集中在具體工法的技術(shù)層面,對(duì)工法本身的管理缺乏研究。因此,本文深入探討工法開發(fā)過程的管理、開發(fā)模式的創(chuàng)新等原理與構(gòu)建問題,屬于探索性研究。 基于以上思考,本文以現(xiàn)實(shí)問題為導(dǎo)向,探索性研究了工法快速開發(fā)的系統(tǒng)方法,工法模塊化開發(fā)理念,工法開發(fā)與知識(shí)管理之間互動(dòng)影響機(jī)理,以及知識(shí)資源整合視角下工法開發(fā)協(xié)同平臺(tái)構(gòu)建,以期為復(fù)雜工程環(huán)境下工法的開發(fā)提供借鑒。所做的主要工作總結(jié)如下: 1.提煉工程環(huán)境復(fù)雜化對(duì)工法開發(fā)提出的挑戰(zhàn)。根據(jù)國家級(jí)工法數(shù)據(jù)分析,建筑業(yè)工法的創(chuàng)新已從傳統(tǒng)工法向生態(tài)工法轉(zhuǎn)變,從獨(dú)立創(chuàng)新向聯(lián)合創(chuàng)新跨越,從局部關(guān)注向遍地開花擴(kuò)散。剖析了工法開發(fā)的動(dòng)力機(jī)制,進(jìn)一步指出工程環(huán)境復(fù)雜化對(duì)工法開發(fā)帶來的挑戰(zhàn)。將COST模擬測算和集對(duì)分析法結(jié)合,開展工法有效性的比對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)。 2.提出面向技術(shù)應(yīng)用的復(fù)雜工法快速開發(fā)系統(tǒng)創(chuàng)新過程模型(SPIP)。將已有的創(chuàng)新方法有機(jī)結(jié)合,提出了工法快速開發(fā)的SPIP系統(tǒng)模型:采用根本原因分析模型描述問題;通過專利分析和工法分析,尋求解決問題的辦法;依據(jù)TRIZ和發(fā)明原則生成解決方案。 3.剖析面向技術(shù)應(yīng)用的系統(tǒng)工法模塊化研發(fā)原理。將模塊化思維引入工法開發(fā)領(lǐng)域,提出了模塊化的研發(fā)思路,包括模塊化分解和模塊化集中。在明確工法模塊之間邏輯遞進(jìn)關(guān)系、橫向并列關(guān)系和交叉關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了工法組合開發(fā)模式及動(dòng)態(tài)更新策略。 4.揭示工法開發(fā)與知識(shí)管理之間的互動(dòng)影響機(jī)理。分析了工法開發(fā)過程中知識(shí)供需平衡關(guān)系,圖解工法范圍與知識(shí)基礎(chǔ)的匹配過程,揭示了工法開發(fā)與知識(shí)管理之間的互動(dòng)影響機(jī)理。 5.構(gòu)建工法開發(fā)協(xié)同平臺(tái)及組織形態(tài)。根據(jù)工法開發(fā)所需知識(shí)的不確定程度和專用程度,將工法開發(fā)平臺(tái)管理模式劃分為:協(xié)同創(chuàng)新、施工企業(yè)參與并資助的大學(xué)研究、企業(yè)獨(dú)立研究、大學(xué)獨(dú)立研究;進(jìn)一步揭示工法的協(xié)同開發(fā)平臺(tái)形成過程,依次為:制定自主戰(zhàn)略、制定合作戰(zhàn)略、成立合作創(chuàng)新組織、創(chuàng)新實(shí)施;基于工法開發(fā)主體網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析和系統(tǒng)集成者作用分析,提出了企業(yè)主導(dǎo)型、政府引導(dǎo)型和學(xué)研拉動(dòng)型的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新組織形態(tài),并用相關(guān)案例加以說明。 本文的主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn)如下: 1.提出了面向技術(shù)應(yīng)用的復(fù)雜工法快速開發(fā)系統(tǒng)創(chuàng)新過程模型(SPIP)。將根本原因分析模型、專利分析和工法分析、TRIZ理論等已有的創(chuàng)新方法有機(jī)結(jié)合,提出復(fù)雜工法快速開發(fā)的SPIP模型,能夠滿足復(fù)雜工法開發(fā)速度和質(zhì)量的雙重要求。該模型包括四個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)和九大步驟:問題定義、根原因分析、目標(biāo)技術(shù)選定、功能模型分析和修正、方案評(píng)估、實(shí)驗(yàn)測試、效果評(píng)估、工法總結(jié)和推廣應(yīng)用。 2.提出了面向技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的系統(tǒng)工法模塊化開發(fā)原理。將模塊化思維引入工法開發(fā)領(lǐng)域,提出系統(tǒng)工法模塊化的研發(fā)理念,即為開發(fā)具有多種功能的不同工法,不必對(duì)每種工法施以單獨(dú)設(shè)計(jì),而是精心設(shè)計(jì)出多種模塊,將其經(jīng)過不同方式的組合來構(gòu)成不同工法,以解決工法品種、規(guī)格及開發(fā)周期、成本之間的矛盾。 3.揭示知識(shí)管理與工法開發(fā)之間的互動(dòng)機(jī)理。從供需平衡理論視角,,以圖解法揭示了工法模塊與知識(shí)模塊之間的匹配機(jī)理,構(gòu)建知識(shí)管理、組織學(xué)習(xí)、工法開發(fā)活動(dòng)與工法開發(fā)能力的互動(dòng)模型,強(qiáng)調(diào)知識(shí)管理是建筑企業(yè)工法開發(fā)能力形成的基礎(chǔ)和來源,組織學(xué)習(xí)是工法開發(fā)能力持續(xù)發(fā)展的根本保障。 4.提出基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)視角的工法開發(fā)協(xié)同平臺(tái)。根據(jù)工法創(chuàng)新所需知識(shí)的不確定程度和專用程度,提出協(xié)同創(chuàng)新、施工企業(yè)參與資助的大學(xué)研究、企業(yè)獨(dú)立研究和大學(xué)獨(dú)立研究四種創(chuàng)新平臺(tái)治理機(jī)制及其演變過程;運(yùn)用關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析方法,從創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)視角提出系統(tǒng)集成商主導(dǎo)的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新組織形態(tài)。
[Abstract]:The constant change of the owner's demand, the continuous introduction of the advanced architectural design concept, the novel structure, the complex process, the changeable construction method and the difficult construction of the construction products are constantly emerging, which put forward a new topic for the construction method innovation of the construction enterprises. In order to do a better job in the development and innovation of the work method, it is urgent to strengthen the new idea of exploring the management of the engineering method. The new method. The domestic and foreign scholars mainly study the product innovation management in the field of technological innovation in the construction industry, which involve the lack of achievements in the management of industrial and law innovation, and the related research on the law of work mainly focuses on the technical level of the specific industrial law and lacks research on the management of the method itself. The innovation and other principles and construction problems of development mode are explorative research.
Based on the above thinking, this paper studies the system method of the rapid development of industrial law, the concept of modular development of industrial law, the interaction mechanism between the development of industrial law and the knowledge management, and the construction of the cooperative platform for the development of engineering method in the perspective of the knowledge resource integration, in order to provide the development of the method for the complex engineering environment. The main work is summarized as follows:
1. to refine the challenge of the engineering environment complicating the development of the engineering law. According to the national industrial law data analysis, the innovation of the construction industry law has changed from the traditional industrial law to the ecological engineering method, from the independent innovation to the joint innovation, and from the local concern to the spread of the land. The dynamic mechanism of the development of the engineering method is analyzed, and the engineering environment is further pointed out. The challenge of complexity to the development of engineering methods is to combine COST simulation and set pair analysis to carry out comparative evaluation of the effectiveness of construction methods.
2. put forward the innovation process model of complex engineering rapid development system (SPIP). Combine the existing innovation methods organically, put forward the SPIP system model of rapid development of industrial law: using the fundamental reason analysis model to describe the problem; through the patent analysis and the analysis of the work method, seek the solution to the problem; based on the TRIZ and the hair. The Ming principle generates a solution.
3. analyze the principle of modular research and development of system engineering methodology for technology application, introduce modular thinking into the field of industrial law development, and put forward modularized research and development ideas, including modular decomposition and modular centralization. On the basis of clear logical progressive relations, lateral parallel relations and cross relations, the combination of Engineering and law is put forward. Hair mode and dynamic update strategy.
4. reveal the interaction mechanism between industrial law development and knowledge management, analyze the balance of knowledge supply and demand in the process of industrial law development, illustrate the matching process of the scope of industrial law and the knowledge base, and reveal the interaction mechanism between the development of industrial law and the knowledge management.
5. construct the cooperative platform and organization form of industrial law development. According to the uncertainty and special degree of knowledge needed in the development of industrial law, the management mode of the development platform of industrial law is divided into: cooperative innovation, university research, independent research of enterprises and independent research of University, and further reveal the cooperative development platform of industrial law. The process of formation is to formulate independent strategy, formulate cooperation strategy, establish cooperative innovation organization, and innovate the implementation. Based on the analysis of the main network analysis and the role analysis of the system integrator, the organization form of enterprise leading, government guidance and study and research driven type of collaborative innovation is put forward and illustrated with relevant cases.
The main innovations of this paper are as follows:
1. the innovation process model of complex engineering rapid development system (SPIP) is proposed, which combines the basic cause analysis model, the patent analysis and the industrial method analysis, the TRIZ theory and other innovative methods organically, and puts forward the SPIP model for the rapid development of the complex method of engineering, which can meet the dual requirements of the speed and quality of the development of complex methods. The model consists of four links and nine steps: problem definition, root cause analysis, target technology selection, functional model analysis and correction, scheme evaluation, experiment test, effect evaluation, summary of engineering methods and popularization and application.
2. the principle of modular development of system engineering method for technology innovation is put forward. Modular thinking is introduced into the field of industrial law development, and the modular development concept of system engineering method is put forward, that is, to develop various functions of different methods of work, and do not have to design each method individually, but design a variety of modules and pass it through different ways. The combination can form different construction methods to solve the contradiction between the variety, specification, development cycle and cost.
3. reveals the interaction mechanism between knowledge management and industrial law development. From the perspective of supply and demand balance theory, it reveals the matching mechanism between the industrial law module and the knowledge module by graphic method, constructs the interactive model of knowledge management, organizational learning, industrial law development activities and the development ability of industrial law, and the strong knowledge management is the ability of the construction enterprise to develop the law. Organizational learning is the fundamental guarantee for the sustainable development of the development of engineering methods.
4. a collaborative platform for industrial law development based on network perspective is proposed. According to the uncertainty and specificity of knowledge needed for the innovation of industrial law, cooperative innovation, university research with the participation of construction enterprises, independent research of enterprises and independent research of the University, and the evolution process of the four innovative platforms are put forward; and the method of relation network analysis is used. From the perspective of innovation network, it proposes the form of collaborative innovation organization led by system integrators.
