【摘要】：以青山“紅房子”紅衛(wèi)路片區(qū)38街坊的保護與再利用為例，，本文論述了對設計上的理解，指出設計首先尊崇的是對歷史與時間積淀的保留，進而才是對其修繕與改造，最后再是創(chuàng)造新的形式語言，為了更充分的滿足新的功能需求。
[Abstract]:Taking the protection and reuse of 38 neighborhoods in Hongwei Road area of Qingshan "Red House" as an example, this paper discusses the understanding of design, and points out that the first thing the design respects is the preservation of history and time accumulation, and then the restoration and renovation. Finally, to create a new formal language, in order to fully meet the new functional needs.
