基于BIM理念的建設(shè)項(xiàng)目全生命周期應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:信息技術(shù)出現(xiàn)了很長(zhǎng)時(shí)間,對(duì)我們的各行各業(yè)產(chǎn)生了巨大的影響,其中制造業(yè)、電子行業(yè)都可以堪稱(chēng)是革命性的變化,但對(duì)建筑業(yè)信息技術(shù)的影響還比較低,整個(gè)建筑信息化程度偏低,伴隨著建筑行業(yè)低能耗、綠色可持續(xù)發(fā)展的要求,加強(qiáng)信息化建設(shè)便成了建筑業(yè)未來(lái)的發(fā)展方向,BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用便成了建筑信息化發(fā)展的主要內(nèi)容,BIM也被成為建筑業(yè)發(fā)展的第二次革命。 本論文從三個(gè)方面探索研究了BIM在建設(shè)項(xiàng)目全生命周期的應(yīng)用:(1)從建筑信息模型(BIM)的概念出發(fā),歸納BIM的幾個(gè)能力及基于BIM的工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目全生命周期各個(gè)階段的價(jià)值優(yōu)勢(shì)。(2)以分析BIM的能力和價(jià)值為切入點(diǎn),分析BIM在建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目全生命周期的各個(gè)階段的具體應(yīng)用,提出了一個(gè)基于BIM的建設(shè)工程全生命期應(yīng)用框架體系。(3)從兩個(gè)方面對(duì)實(shí)施BIM全生命周期應(yīng)用的保障體系進(jìn)行了探討。論文以BIM在中國(guó)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀討論為出發(fā)點(diǎn),分析了目前BIM發(fā)展面臨的問(wèn)題,提出了今后BIM發(fā)展一是要構(gòu)建軟件平臺(tái),二是要加強(qiáng)BIM本土化發(fā)展的保障措施。(4)結(jié)合BIM在建設(shè)項(xiàng)目各個(gè)階段中廣泛應(yīng)用中遇到的問(wèn)題和面臨的挑戰(zhàn)、以及BIM今后的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行闡述,希望給后續(xù)研究者些許啟發(fā)與參考。 隨著建筑信息的廣泛應(yīng)用,BIM作為一類(lèi)功能強(qiáng)大的空間數(shù)據(jù)管理和空間信息分析工具已深入到各行各業(yè)。本文正是利用這項(xiàng)先進(jìn)技術(shù),探索了全生命周期的BIM的應(yīng)用研究,梳理了BIM在中國(guó)的實(shí)踐發(fā)展,建立了BIM在建設(shè)項(xiàng)目全生命周期應(yīng)用的框架模型,為未來(lái)的進(jìn)一步研究提供一個(gè)思路。
[Abstract]:Information technology has appeared for a long time and has had a great impact on all walks of life. The manufacturing and electronics industries can all be called revolutionary changes, but the impact on information technology in the construction industry is still relatively low. The whole building information level is on the low side, along with the construction industry low energy consumption, green sustainable development requirements, Strengthening the construction of information becomes the future development direction of the construction industry BIM technology application has become the main content of the development of building information BIM has also become the second revolution in the development of the construction industry. This paper explores the application of BIM in the whole life cycle of construction project from three aspects: (1) based on the concept of building information model (BIM), In this paper, a BIM based framework for the whole life cycle application of construction engineering is proposed. (3) the guarantee system for the implementation of the whole life cycle application of BIM is discussed from two aspects. Based on the discussion of the current situation of BIM in China, this paper analyzes the problems that BIM is facing, and points out that the development of BIM in the future is to build a software platform. The second is to strengthen the protection measures of BIM localization development. (4) combined with the BIM in various stages of construction projects in the extensive application of problems and challenges, as well as BIM development trend in the future. Hope to give follow-up researchers some inspiration and reference. As a powerful tool for spatial data management and spatial information analysis, BIM has been widely used in all walks of life. Using this advanced technology, this paper explores the application research of BIM in the whole life cycle, combs the practical development of BIM in China, and establishes the framework model of BIM application in the whole life cycle of construction project. It provides a thought for further research in the future.
