新中式元素在現(xiàn)代餐飲空間設計中的應用

【摘要】:中國有著五千年歷史文明,飲食文化博大精深、源遠流長,俗話說的好:“民以食為天”,可見飲食文化在中國文化中占據(jù)的重要位置。我國的飲食文化在世界上享有很高的聲譽,餐飲空間作為餐飲文化的一個重要載體,如何運用傳統(tǒng)元素設計出本土的餐飲空間一直是設計師思考探討的重要問題。本文從三個方面重點論述了新中式元素在餐飲空間中的具體運用,以及新中式元素對中國傳統(tǒng)文化的推動作用。 第一方面著重論述了如何高效合理的將中國元素應用于餐飲空間設計,如何將中國元素與現(xiàn)代元素完美的結合,如何提高創(chuàng)意設計人員的文化意識等問題。 第二方面重點解析了中國悠久的餐飲文化和餐飲文化對餐飲空間設計的影響。以茶和酒為重點剖析對象分析了中國的餐飲文化,并引用大量案例論證新中式元素在餐飲空間中的重要性。 第三個方面從傳統(tǒng)元素在室內(nèi)設計的運用方法入手,剖析“新中式”風格的設計心態(tài)和理念。著重分析了傳統(tǒng)中式元素過度到新中式元素的發(fā)展歷程,以及新中式元素在餐飲空間的設計原則、方式、方法。考察了當下流行的餐飲設計風格,并論證新中式風格必定成為中國主流的設計風格。 本文期望通過對中式餐飲空間的作品分析、解構、賞評和總結,使讀者能夠理解中國元素,了解新中式元素和傳統(tǒng)元素繼承發(fā)展的關系,新中式元素新在那、如何新、怎樣新、未來新的趨勢以及新中式元素如何在西方霸占的設計洪流中脫穎而出。 希望通過這些問題的解答,使設計者了解到中國室內(nèi)設計受其自身結構規(guī)律的制約,呈現(xiàn)出來的樣式形態(tài)及其發(fā)展變化,其實是中國室內(nèi)設計思想或營造觀念的具體反映。作為中國文化的載體——中式語言,它傳承著中國五千年的文明歷史。中國傳統(tǒng)文化內(nèi)斂、靜雅、穩(wěn)健的這種神韻,為了適應現(xiàn)代生活的需要,必將融入到現(xiàn)代餐飲空間設計之中,使這一傳統(tǒng)文化得以延續(xù)與傳承,讓傳統(tǒng)活到現(xiàn)代,展現(xiàn)出新的文化底蘊。所以作為一個優(yōu)秀的設計師必須具備深厚的文化底蘊,熟悉中國文化,了解中國現(xiàn)在的設計市場,并能引導中國未來的設計潮流。
[Abstract]:China has five thousand years history civilization, the diet culture is extensive and profound, has a long history, as the saying goes, "the people take food as the sky", which shows that the diet culture occupies an important position in the Chinese culture. The food culture of our country enjoys a high reputation in the world. As an important carrier of catering culture, how to use the traditional elements to design the local dining space has always been an important issue for designers to discuss. This paper focuses on the application of the new Chinese elements in the dining space from three aspects, as well as the role of the new Chinese elements in promoting Chinese traditional culture. On the one hand, it discusses how to apply Chinese elements to catering space design efficiently and reasonably, how to combine Chinese elements with modern elements, how to improve the cultural consciousness of creative designers and so on. The second part focuses on the analysis of the impact of China's long-standing catering culture and catering culture on the dining space design. Taking tea and wine as the emphasis, this paper analyzes the Chinese dining culture, and cites a large number of cases to demonstrate the importance of the new Chinese elements in the dining space. The third aspect begins with the application method of traditional elements in interior design, and analyzes the design mentality and idea of "new Chinese style" style. The development course of the transition from the traditional Chinese elements to the new Chinese elements and the design principles, methods and methods of the new Chinese elements in the dining space are emphatically analyzed. Investigated the current popular restaurant design style, and demonstrated that the new Chinese style must become the mainstream design style in China. This article hopes that through analyzing, deconstructing, appreciating and summarizing the works of Chinese restaurant space, readers can understand the Chinese elements, understand the relationship between the new Chinese elements and the traditional elements, the new Chinese elements are there, how new, how new, New trends in the future and how the new Chinese elements stand out in the design flood of Western domination. It is hoped that through the answers to these questions, the designers will understand that the Chinese interior design is restricted by its own structural laws, and that the styles and forms presented and their development and changes are in fact a concrete reflection of the Chinese interior design ideas or construction concepts. As the carrier of Chinese culture, Chinese language inherits five thousand years of Chinese civilization history. In order to adapt to the needs of modern life, the Chinese traditional culture has the charm of inner convergence, quiet elegance and stability, which will be integrated into the design of modern dining space, so that this traditional culture can be continued and passed on, so that the tradition can live to the modern. Showing new cultural background. Therefore, as an excellent designer, we must have profound cultural background, familiar with Chinese culture, understand the current design market of China, and guide the future design trend of China.
