【摘要】：改革開放以來(lái)，我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)有了巨大的飛躍，建筑業(yè)取得了驕人的成就。建筑工程項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題一直都是參建各方所關(guān)心的，工程質(zhì)量不僅關(guān)系到建筑工程項(xiàng)目的使用功能和壽命，而且與社會(huì)財(cái)產(chǎn)和人民群眾生命安全息息相關(guān)。所以在工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過(guò)程中，，加強(qiáng)工程質(zhì)量管理，保證國(guó)家、人民的生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全是建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的頭等大事。因此，在工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過(guò)程中，加強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理，不斷的提高管理水平和工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量具有十分重要的意義。 本文主要有以下內(nèi)容： （1）對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)、國(guó)外質(zhì)量管理理論發(fā)展進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單的介紹，并對(duì)我國(guó)現(xiàn)有的建筑工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理展開了研究和探討。 （2）對(duì)工程質(zhì)量管理、熵權(quán)法、理想解法的理論進(jìn)行了介紹，分析了多種工程質(zhì)量管理方法，對(duì)A項(xiàng)目第三標(biāo)段的施工組織設(shè)計(jì)，質(zhì)量管理辦法進(jìn)行綜合分析。 （3）運(yùn)用熵權(quán)法和理想解法，對(duì)一標(biāo)段、二標(biāo)段、三標(biāo)段的質(zhì)量進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)，找出第三標(biāo)段的不足，結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工經(jīng)驗(yàn)找出解決的辦法，保障工程質(zhì)量，提高質(zhì)量管理水平。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has made a huge leap, the construction industry has made remarkable achievements. The quality of construction project is always concerned by all parties involved in the construction. The quality of the project is not only related to the use function and life span of the construction project, but also closely related to the social property and the life safety of the people. Therefore, in the process of project construction, strengthening engineering quality management to ensure the safety of life and property of the country and people is the top priority of the construction project. Therefore, it is of great significance to strengthen the project quality management and continuously improve the management level and the engineering project quality in the process of engineering project construction. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) A brief introduction to the development of quality management theory at home and abroad, This paper introduces the theories of engineering quality management, entropy weight method and ideal solution, and analyzes several engineering quality management methods. The construction organization design and quality management method of the third bid section of project A are analyzed synthetically. 3) by using entropy weight method and ideal solution method, the quality of the first segment, the second segment and the third segment are evaluated, and the shortcomings of the third segment are found out. Combined with site construction experience to find out the solution to ensure the quality of the project and improve the quality management level.
