【摘要】：當(dāng)下,中國(guó)的房產(chǎn)行業(yè)商業(yè)化景象蔚然成風(fēng)。然而,卻鮮有對(duì)老年人的居住及景觀的人居環(huán)境的關(guān)注。我國(guó)的老年供養(yǎng)機(jī)構(gòu)與國(guó)外的老年供養(yǎng)機(jī)構(gòu)相比較,高素質(zhì)醫(yī)護(hù)人員的缺乏,老年居住環(huán)境沒(méi)有高需求的設(shè)施設(shè)備的配合,以及戶(hù)外景觀的缺失,都是老年供養(yǎng)機(jī)構(gòu)無(wú)法高效承載老人生活,讓老人安度晚年的重要原因。 本文分析了老年人特殊的外部生理?xiàng)l件和敏感的內(nèi)部心理需求,了解老年人在生活和活動(dòng)中真正需要的社區(qū)景觀環(huán)境的內(nèi)容和實(shí)際意義。以此對(duì)其提出一系列可行的關(guān)懷型設(shè)計(jì)原則并且加以實(shí)施。 在這過(guò)程中,首先必須對(duì)于老年人居景觀現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行必要的反思,從而創(chuàng)造具有心理價(jià)值的景觀設(shè)計(jì),創(chuàng)造老人景觀中必要的服務(wù)區(qū)建設(shè),以及動(dòng)態(tài)種植型景觀的創(chuàng)新理念都是體現(xiàn)以人為本的老人人居景觀設(shè)計(jì)的重要因素。
[Abstract]:At the moment, the commercialization of the real estate industry in China has become a popular scene. However, there are few concerns about the living and landscape of the elderly. The elderly supply institutions in China are compared with the foreign elderly supply institutions, the lack of high-quality medical staff, the coordination of facilities and equipment that have no high demand for the elderly living environment, and the external view of the household. The lack of outlook is an important reason why the elderly support institutions can not effectively carry out the life of the elderly and let the elderly live in their old age.
This paper analyzes the special external physiological conditions and the sensitive internal psychological needs of the elderly, and understands the content and practical significance of the community landscape environment that the old people really need in life and activities, and puts forward a series of feasible care design principles and implements them.
In this process, it is necessary to reflect on the present situation of the old people's living landscape, so as to create the landscape design with psychological value, to create the necessary service area in the old man's landscape and the innovative idea of the dynamic planting landscape, all of which are the important factors that embody the people based human living landscape design.
