廚房收納空間設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:隨著人們生活水平的不斷提高,廚房不再是單純滿足于烹飪要求的功能空間,已轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樽≌h(huán)境中功能最多、最復(fù)雜、使用最頻繁的區(qū)域,是人們享受美食、休閑娛樂(lè)、放松身心的場(chǎng)所。因此,對(duì)廚房收納空間的研究和利用就成為了重要的研究?jī)?nèi)容。 本文以廚房空間物品的物理屬性及其特征為研究對(duì)象,以建筑設(shè)計(jì)、室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)、家具設(shè)計(jì)以及人體工程學(xué)等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域知識(shí)為理論支撐,結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)研究法、田野考察法等科學(xué)研究方法,深入探討了基于物品特性的廚房收納原則及收納空間設(shè)計(jì)形式。最后通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例,驗(yàn)證了該理論的可行性以及有效性,能夠保證使用方便和廚房空間的整體美觀。具體研究方法及內(nèi)容如下: (1)明確廚房空間封閉型和開(kāi)放型兩種形式及其功能特點(diǎn),指出一字型、雙列型、U型、L型、島型等格局及其相應(yīng)特征,為設(shè)計(jì)各種形式的廚房收納空間奠定基礎(chǔ)。 (2)通過(guò)對(duì)物品種類與大小尺寸分析得出,廚房物品可分為:食品類、操作器具類、廚房電器類。對(duì)每類進(jìn)行細(xì)分并總結(jié)出各類物品的尺寸大小,得出這類物品的收納基本尺度。從而對(duì)廚房收納空間的尺寸設(shè)計(jì)提供數(shù)據(jù)參考。 (3)通過(guò)對(duì)物品使用頻率和使用方式研究,總結(jié)出廚房物品的存取方式與使用特征,指出使用頻率較高的物品需放置在容易存取的空間位置;以物品的使用頻率、放置方式和操作動(dòng)線為基礎(chǔ),節(jié)省空間為研究目的,提出應(yīng)盡量使用重疊、豎、并排、隔間、吊起或抽屜等布局方式。 (4)提出基于物品屬性特征的收納空間設(shè)計(jì)思路,針對(duì)不同用戶具體需求的差異進(jìn)行靈活設(shè)計(jì),圍繞“空間設(shè)計(jì)”展開(kāi)收納空間規(guī)劃,同時(shí),考慮優(yōu)化櫥柜的組合和布置。 本論文通過(guò)總結(jié)現(xiàn)有櫥柜布局方式存在的問(wèn)題,提出了一套具有普遍指導(dǎo)意義的廚房收納空間設(shè)計(jì)方案,為形成井然有序的現(xiàn)代廚房空間奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the kitchen is no longer a functional space which is simply satisfied with the requirements of cooking, but has been transformed into the most functional, complex and frequently used area in the residential environment. It is the area where people enjoy delicious food, leisure and entertainment. A place of relaxation. Therefore, the study and utilization of kitchen storage space has become an important research content. This paper takes the physical properties and characteristics of kitchen space as the research object, taking architectural design, interior design as the research object. Based on the theory of furniture design and ergonomics, and combining the scientific research methods such as literature research and field investigation, this paper deeply discusses the principle of kitchen storage based on the characteristics of articles and the design form of storage space. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the theory are verified by a design example, which can ensure the convenience of use and the overall beauty of the kitchen space. The specific research methods and contents are as follows: (1) make clear the two forms and their functional characteristics of the closed and open kitchen space, and point out the pattern and corresponding characteristics of the one-character type, the double-row type U-type and the island type, etc. Through the analysis of the type and size of the items, the kitchen items can be divided into: food, operating utensils, kitchen appliances. Subdivide each category and sum up the size of all kinds of items, and get the basic scale of the inclusion of these items. Therefore, the paper provides a data reference for the design of the size of the kitchen storage space. Through the study of the use frequency and the usage mode of the items, the paper summarizes the access mode and the usage characteristics of the kitchen items. It is pointed out that the objects with high frequency of use should be placed in the space which is easy to access, and based on the use frequency, the way of placement and the moving line of operation, and saving space for the purpose of research, it is suggested that the overlapping, vertical, side-by-side and cubicle should be used as far as possible. This paper puts forward the idea of the design of the storage space based on the property characteristics of the items. It is flexible to design according to the difference of the specific needs of different users, and the space planning is carried out around the "space design", and at the same time, Considering the optimization of cabinet combination and layout, this paper summarizes the problems existing in the existing cabinet layout, and puts forward a general guiding significance of the kitchen storage space design plan. For the formation of orderly modern kitchen space lay the foundation.
