【摘要】：本文以舟山市公安局定海分局各派出所2012年全年統(tǒng)計的市區(qū)犯罪數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),基于GIS軟件對舟山市定海城區(qū)犯罪分布進行了系統(tǒng)研究,歸納了其時空分布特征,從社區(qū)層面對城市規(guī)劃所涉及的空間環(huán)境變量之間的關(guān)系進行研究,為從城市規(guī)劃角度預(yù)防犯罪提供切實依據(jù)。論文以預(yù)防城市犯罪、提高城市安全度為目標(biāo),從定海城區(qū)犯罪活動的時空分布特征入手,總結(jié)現(xiàn)階段當(dāng)?shù)爻鞘邪l(fā)展所形成的環(huán)境對犯罪的作用和影響,并以解放派出所轄區(qū)為例,重點研究社區(qū)層面的城市犯罪影響因素,研究結(jié)果可為當(dāng)?shù)鼐Σ键c等方面提供依據(jù),也可進一步為當(dāng)?shù)卣A(yù)防城市犯罪、編制城市規(guī)劃等方面提供參考,作為城市規(guī)劃方案制定階段“提升城市安全度”的考慮內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:Based on the crime data collected from the police stations of Dinghai Branch of Zhoushan Public Security Bureau in 2012, this paper makes a systematic study on the distribution of crime in Dinghai District of Zhoushan City based on GIS software, and sums up the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of the crime distribution in Dinghai District, Zhoushan City. The relationship between spatial environmental variables involved in urban planning is studied from the community level, which provides a practical basis for crime prevention from the perspective of urban planning. With the aim of preventing urban crime and improving the degree of urban safety, this paper begins with the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of criminal activities in Dinghai urban area, and summarizes the role and influence of the environment formed by the development of local cities on the crime at the present stage. Taking the area of liberation police station as an example, the research focuses on the influencing factors of urban crime at the community level. The results of the study can provide basis for the deployment of local police forces, and can also further prevent urban crime for local governments. To provide reference for compiling urban planning as the consideration of "improving the degree of urban safety" in the formulation stage of urban planning plan.
