結(jié)構(gòu)體系綠色度的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)構(gòu)建研究及定性分析

【摘要】:自2000年以來(lái),人類與環(huán)境之間的相互關(guān)系越來(lái)越被人們重視。綠色建筑成為建筑、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)工作者研究的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題,而如何評(píng)價(jià)建筑的綠色程度更是研究工作中的核心問(wèn)題之一。 本文創(chuàng)造性的把經(jīng)濟(jì)影響和結(jié)構(gòu)體系評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)合在一起,作為綠色度研究的兩個(gè)主要方面,進(jìn)行以全生命周期評(píng)價(jià)理論、生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)化理論、生態(tài)足跡理論為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合熵權(quán)法、層次分析法、德?tīng)栰撤�、加�?quán)平均統(tǒng)計(jì)法確定各定量和定性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的指標(biāo)值、權(quán)重、評(píng)價(jià)值,最后得出建筑綠色度,同時(shí)為了更體現(xiàn)人性化和地方區(qū)域化,創(chuàng)造性的引入地方專家打分的方式,進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)體系的評(píng)價(jià),更加具有地方特色,也更為準(zhǔn)確的表述了綠色度這個(gè)概念。更使建筑結(jié)構(gòu)體系設(shè)計(jì)和綠色建筑評(píng)判標(biāo)準(zhǔn)相互制約、相互完善。目前沒(méi)有任何一個(gè)“評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”把建筑結(jié)構(gòu)體系考慮進(jìn)去,所以在加強(qiáng)完善適合我國(guó)的綠色建筑評(píng)判標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的同時(shí),其也可定量、規(guī)范的約束綠色建筑結(jié)構(gòu)的技術(shù)發(fā)展方向,,促進(jìn)結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù),施工技術(shù)的發(fā)展,尤其是對(duì)我國(guó)實(shí)現(xiàn)建筑節(jié)能做出貢獻(xiàn)。 本文也詳細(xì)介紹了墻體材料的綠色度分析,并得出紙面石膏板,石膏空心砌塊綠色度最佳;在結(jié)構(gòu)選型中,通過(guò)對(duì)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的惠康總部大樓以及鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)波特卡里會(huì)館的對(duì)比分析,得出鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的綠色性能最佳,綠色度最好,在綠色度評(píng)價(jià)中,鋼結(jié)構(gòu)得分最高。 在模型檢測(cè)中,采用了廈門藍(lán)灣國(guó)際作為評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)象,該模型很好的適應(yīng)了已申報(bào)并被確定為“中國(guó)人居環(huán)境金牌建設(shè)試點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目”的藍(lán)灣國(guó)際。從而初步說(shuō)明了該評(píng)價(jià)模型符合了實(shí)際情況。
[Abstract]:Since 2000, more and more attention has been paid to the relationship between human beings and environment. Green building has become a hot issue in the field of architecture and structural design, and how to evaluate the green degree of architecture is one of the core problems in the research work. This paper creatively combines economic impact and structural system evaluation, as two main aspects of green degree research, based on the whole life cycle evaluation theory, ecological economic optimization theory, ecological footprint theory and entropy weight method. Analytic hierarchy process, Delphi method, weighted average statistics method determine the index value, weight, evaluation value of each quantitative and qualitative evaluation index, finally get the green degree of building, at the same time, in order to embody humanization and local regionalization, The creative way of introducing local experts to evaluate the structure system has more local characteristics and more accurate expression of the concept of green degree. Moreover, the design of building structure system and the evaluation standard of green building restrict each other and perfect each other. At present, there is no "evaluation standard" to take the building structure system into account, so while strengthening and perfecting the evaluation standard of green building suitable for our country, it can also quantitatively and normatively constrain the technical development direction of green building structure. To promote the development of structural technology and construction technology, especially to contribute to the realization of building energy conservation in China. This paper also introduces the green degree analysis of wall materials in detail, and draws the conclusion that the green degree of paper plasterboard and gypsum hollow block is the best. Through the comparative analysis of the Wellcome headquarters Building of steel structure and the Potekari Hall of reinforced concrete structure, it is concluded that the green performance of steel structure is the best and the green degree is the best. In the evaluation of green degree, the steel structure has the highest score. Xiamen Blue Bay International is used as the evaluation object in the model detection. The model adapts well to the Blue Bay International, which has been declared as "China Habitat Environment Gold medals Construction pilot Project". The evaluation model is in accord with the actual situation.
