【摘要】：城市物流業(yè)的發(fā)展對城市經(jīng)濟發(fā)展具有十分重要的意義,城市物流節(jié)點布局則是研究物流業(yè)發(fā)展的核心內(nèi)容。杭州是全國物流業(yè)發(fā)展較早、商貿(mào)旅游發(fā)達、電子商務(wù)領(lǐng)先的商業(yè)型城市,研究杭州市城市物流節(jié)點分布和影響因素,對城市本身及其他城市物流業(yè)發(fā)展具有十分重要意義。 本文首先,在回顧和總結(jié)國內(nèi)外城市物流節(jié)點分布的相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,研究了各階段杭州市城市物流的分布特征和影響因素；其次,運用文獻調(diào)查、歷史研究、對比研究的方法,借助GIS技術(shù)平臺,探索了目前杭州市城市物流節(jié)點的分布趨勢；最后,提出杭州市城市物流節(jié)點空間優(yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu)建議。本文研究的主要結(jié)論有以下幾點： 1杭州市城市物流業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程分為兩個階段。古代杭州市城市物流節(jié)點呈現(xiàn)沿京杭運河、滬杭甬鐵路以及護城墻附近帶狀分布的特征；現(xiàn)代城市物流節(jié)點分布具有顯著的歷史繼承性、集聚狀態(tài)下的極化分布特征、交通依賴性和產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)性。 2各階段影響城市物流節(jié)點分布的主要因素：古代為自然條件、地理區(qū)位、政治變革、對外貿(mào)易、城市范圍、商業(yè)發(fā)展、交通運輸條件；現(xiàn)代為自然條件、地理位置、城市發(fā)展的延續(xù)性、交通環(huán)境、產(chǎn)業(yè)分工、企業(yè)空間組織和管理模式、政府導(dǎo)向和規(guī)劃指引。 3杭州市城市物流節(jié)點分布趨勢：由繞城公路向城北的余杭區(qū)、城東的蕭山區(qū)和城南的濱江區(qū)拓展的趨勢,且向東南擴張的速度較快；整體空間形態(tài)有由單核心向多中心擴散的趨勢。 4本文認(rèn)為杭州市物流節(jié)點布局結(jié)構(gòu)以“五園十區(qū)多節(jié)點”的模式較為合理。
[Abstract]:The development of urban logistics industry is of great significance to the development of urban economy, and the layout of urban logistics nodes is the core of the research on the development of logistics industry. It is of great significance to study the distribution of logistics nodes and the influencing factors for the development of logistics industry in the cities themselves and other cities in Hangzhou, which is the leading commercial city in electronic commerce. First of all, on the basis of reviewing and summarizing the related theories of urban logistics node distribution at home and abroad, this paper studies the distribution characteristics and influencing factors of Hangzhou urban logistics in different stages. With the help of GIS technology platform, this paper explores the distribution trend of urban logistics nodes in Hangzhou. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions for spatial optimization of logistics nodes in Hangzhou. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:. 1 the development of Hangzhou city logistics industry is divided into two stages. The urban logistics nodes in ancient Hangzhou presented the characteristics of zonal distribution along the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal, the Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo railway and the protection wall; The distribution of logistics nodes in modern cities has significant historical inheritance, polarization distribution characteristics under the state of agglomeration, traffic dependence and industrial relevance. (2) the main factors affecting the distribution of urban logistics nodes in different stages: ancient natural conditions, geographical location, political transformation, foreign trade, urban scope, commercial development, transportation conditions, modern natural conditions, geographical location, Continuity of urban development, transportation environment, industrial division, enterprise spatial organization and management model, government guidance and planning guidance. (3) the distribution trend of logistics nodes in Hangzhou: the trend of expanding from the highway around the city to Yuhang district in the north, the Xiaoshan district in the east of the city and the Binjiang district in the south of the city, and the expansion to the southeast is faster; The whole spatial form has the tendency of spreading from single core to multi-center. 4 it is considered that the layout structure of logistics nodes in Hangzhou is more reasonable than that of "five gardens and ten districts with multiple nodes".
