【摘要】：經(jīng)歷了十多年的快速城市化,蘇州雖然對(duì)城市生態(tài)環(huán)境建設(shè)日益重視,但問題依然嚴(yán)重,甚至已成為制約其下一步發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵性因素。然而,由于城市生態(tài)化設(shè)計(jì)缺乏系統(tǒng)的、操作性強(qiáng)的實(shí)踐平臺(tái),城市生態(tài)化建設(shè)面臨無從下手的窘境。城市物質(zhì)空間環(huán)境質(zhì)量是城市生態(tài)化水平的重要標(biāo)志,是城市自然生態(tài),社會(huì)生態(tài),經(jīng)濟(jì)生態(tài)等方面的基礎(chǔ)和前提,城市設(shè)計(jì)是城市空間環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)的重要手段。本文力圖在空間環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)層面構(gòu)建生態(tài)化設(shè)計(jì)視角下的蘇州城市設(shè)計(jì)策略體系,并以此來指導(dǎo)蘇州城市生態(tài)化建設(shè)的實(shí)踐,并為其它面臨同樣生態(tài)環(huán)境問題的城市提供參考和借鑒。文章基于我國(guó)城市化快速發(fā)展和城市生態(tài)失衡日趨嚴(yán)重的大背景,由論述現(xiàn)代城市設(shè)計(jì)理論的新發(fā)展以及城市設(shè)計(jì)在我國(guó)的實(shí)踐狀況入手,從內(nèi)涵、原則、框架三個(gè)方面闡明了本研究的切入點(diǎn)——生態(tài)化設(shè)計(jì)視角下的城市設(shè)計(jì)。繼而,概述了蘇州城市概況、城市建設(shè)歷程中的生態(tài)思想,當(dāng)前城市生態(tài)化的緊迫性。并提出蘇州當(dāng)前面臨的生態(tài)環(huán)境問題,從生態(tài)規(guī)劃、環(huán)境治理、城市設(shè)計(jì)三個(gè)方面對(duì)蘇州城市生態(tài)問題進(jìn)行了探析,說明城市設(shè)計(jì)策略的優(yōu)越性。最后,基于前文生態(tài)化設(shè)計(jì)視角下的城市設(shè)計(jì)理論研究,從整體性的空間設(shè)計(jì)、行動(dòng)管理、公眾參與三個(gè)方面提出了生態(tài)化設(shè)計(jì)視角下的蘇州城市設(shè)計(jì)策略。
[Abstract]:After more than ten years of rapid urbanization, although Suzhou has paid more and more attention to the construction of urban ecological environment, the problems are still serious, and even become the key factors restricting its further development. However, due to the lack of systematic urban ecological design, On the practical platform with strong maneuverability, the construction of urban ecology is faced with an awkward situation. The quality of urban material space and environment is an important symbol of the level of urban ecology, and it is also the natural ecology and social ecology of the city. Urban design is an important means of urban spatial environment design. This paper tries to construct Suzhou urban design strategy system from the perspective of ecological design in the aspect of spatial environment design. In order to guide the practice of urban ecological construction in Suzhou, and to provide reference for other cities facing the same ecological environmental problems, this paper bases on the background of rapid urbanization and the growing imbalance of urban ecology in China. Starting with the new development of modern urban design theory and the practical situation of urban design in China, this paper expounds the urban design in the perspective of ecological design from three aspects: connotation, principle and frame. This paper summarizes the general situation of Suzhou city, the ecological thought in the course of city construction, and the urgency of the current city ecologicalization, and puts forward the ecological and environmental problems facing Suzhou from the aspects of ecological planning and environmental management. This paper analyzes the urban ecological problems in Suzhou from three aspects of urban design, and explains the superiority of the urban design strategy. Finally, based on the theoretical research of urban design from the perspective of ecological design, the paper discusses the whole space design and action management. Three aspects of public participation put forward the Suzhou urban design strategy from the perspective of ecological design.
