【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟的日益全球化和我國社會主義市場經(jīng)濟體制的逐步形成和完善,建筑業(yè)和混凝土行業(yè)面臨的競爭日趨激烈,外部市場環(huán)境發(fā)生了較大的變化,本文旨在通過對上海建工材料工程有限公司(下稱“材料公司”)外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部條件進行深入的分析,制定企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,以提高企業(yè)經(jīng)營決策的有效性,從而更好適應(yīng)地市場經(jīng)濟發(fā)展需要,進一步做大做強混凝土產(chǎn)業(yè),推動企業(yè)又好又快地發(fā)展。本文以邁克爾·波特的競爭戰(zhàn)略理論為主要依據(jù),通過運用PEST環(huán)境分析、SWOT方法和“五力模型”行業(yè)競爭要素,對材料公司所處的混凝土市場外部環(huán)境和企業(yè)內(nèi)部條件以及未來發(fā)展趨勢進行分析,提出了制定發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的指導(dǎo)思想和原則、戰(zhàn)略總目標、階段目標以及進一步做大做強混凝土產(chǎn)業(yè)的研究思路,制定了公司總體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和基本競爭戰(zhàn)略,為公司今后發(fā)展尋求到了一條順應(yīng)市場競爭,不斷發(fā)展壯大的途徑。本文確立了材料公司做大做強混凝土產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略方針,結(jié)合企業(yè)實際,從組織結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、積極開拓市場、加快投資經(jīng)營發(fā)展、強化人力資源管理、加大科技創(chuàng)新力度、進一步加強企業(yè)管理、加強企業(yè)文化建設(shè)等七個方面制定了戰(zhàn)略實施的保障措施。
[Abstract]:With the increasing globalization of economy and the gradual formation and perfection of the socialist market economic system in China, the competition between the construction industry and the concrete industry is becoming increasingly fierce, and the external market environment has changed greatly. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the external environment and internal conditions of Shanghai Construction material Engineering Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "material Company"), and to formulate the enterprise development strategy in order to improve the effectiveness of enterprise management decision. In order to better meet the needs of the development of the market economy, to further expand and strengthen the concrete industry, to promote the enterprises to develop well and quickly. This paper is based on Michael Porter's theory of competitive strategy. By using the PEST environment analysis method and the "five forces model" industry competition elements, this paper analyzes the external environment of the concrete market, the internal conditions of the enterprise and the future development trend of the material company. The guiding ideology and principle of the development strategy, the general goal of the strategy, the stage goal and the research thought of further strengthening the concrete industry are put forward, and the overall development strategy and the basic competitive strategy of the company are formulated. For the future development of the company to find a way to conform to the market competition and continue to grow. This paper established the material company to become bigger and stronger concrete industry development strategy, combined with the actual enterprise, from the organizational structure adjustment, Seven aspects, such as actively opening up the market, speeding up the development of investment and management, strengthening the management of human resources, strengthening the strength of scientific and technological innovation, further strengthening the management of enterprises and strengthening the construction of enterprise culture, have formulated the guarantee measures for the implementation of the strategy.
