【摘要】：隨著我國老齡人口的不斷增加，老齡人口問題逐漸受到人們的關(guān)注。如何提高老年人的生活質(zhì)量，始終如一貫徹政府所提倡的“老有所養(yǎng)、老有所醫(yī)、老有所教、老有所學(xué)、老有所為、老有所樂”的工作目標(biāo)就成為了很多學(xué)科的研究焦點。目前，全國已經(jīng)有為數(shù)不少的老年人活動場所，但是這些公共服務(wù)設(shè)施普遍呈現(xiàn)出服務(wù)半徑小、活動設(shè)施陳舊、建筑空間功能單一等問題，迫切需要得到改善。 本課題以社會老齡化為研究背景，以老年人活動場所為研究內(nèi)容，定位于城市居住區(qū)，總結(jié)實際中存在的問題，結(jié)合發(fā)展趨勢，分析其影響因素。 首先，在此基礎(chǔ)上，以自理老人和介助老人為研究對象，探討城市居住區(qū)老年人娛樂休閑場所的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。然后分別從老年人的生理特征、心理特征以及行為特征出發(fā)，結(jié)合對我國人口結(jié)構(gòu)、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和國家策略等因素的分析，系統(tǒng)地對城市居住區(qū)老年人休閑娛樂場所進行研究，進而探討內(nèi)外部空間環(huán)境布局對老年人的行為模式、心理趨向的影響。 其次，調(diào)查典型城市、典型居住區(qū)活動中心及其外部娛樂活動場所的現(xiàn)狀，以及老年群體對其的認(rèn)知度和認(rèn)可度，總結(jié)調(diào)研結(jié)果、提出有待解決的問題以及可行性建議。 最后，，基于調(diào)研的歸納總結(jié)，提出居住區(qū)老年活動中心以及周圍戶外活動場所設(shè)計的方法，并通過實際設(shè)計案例對其進行印證。在其它城市居住區(qū)的實踐應(yīng)用中有切實可行的借鑒意義，同時為研究有關(guān)老年人的公共建筑設(shè)計提供有益的參考。
[Abstract]:With the increase of aging population, aging population gradually attracted people's attention. How to improve the quality of life of the elderly, implement the government consistent from beginning to end advocate "a sense of security, medical care, teaching, learning, worthiness, happy work goals will become a focus of research in many disciplines. At present, the country has a large number of the elderly activities, but these public service facilities generally show the service radius is small, activity facilities, building space function is single, the urgent need to improve.
This topic takes the aging society as the research background, takes the old people activity place as the research content, located in the urban residential area, summarizes the actual problems, and analyzes the influencing factors combined with the development trend.
First of all, on the basis of this, to help the elderly and the elderly themselves as the research object, to explore the current situation of the development of City Residential District Elderly entertainment place. Then from the physiological characteristics of the elderly, on the psychological characteristics and behavior characteristics, the combination of China's population structure, through the analysis of factors of economic development and national strategy. System Study on city residential district elderly leisure and entertainment, and to explore the behavior pattern of internal and external space environment layout for the elderly, affect the psychological tendency.
Secondly, we investigate the status quo of typical cities, typical residential areas, activity centers and external entertainment places, as well as the recognition and recognition degree of the elderly group, summarize the research results, and put forward the problems to be solved and feasible suggestions.
Finally, summarizes the induction based on the proposed residential district elderly activity center and the surrounding outdoor space design, and carries on the confirmation through the actual design case. In practice other city residential district has practical significance, and provide references for the research on the design of public buildings in the elderly.
