【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)和城市建設(shè)的快速發(fā)展,城市地下空間的開發(fā)與利用越來越受到重視。因此,大量的深基坑甚至是超深基坑隨之而來,這些深基坑通常位于鬧市區(qū),基坑周邊往往建(構(gòu))筑物密集、管線繁多、地鐵車站密布、地鐵區(qū)間隧道縱橫交錯(cuò),呈現(xiàn)出“深、大、近、緊、難”的新特點(diǎn)。城市地區(qū)深基坑施工難度大、工期緊,而且不可避免的帶來一系列工程環(huán)境問題,特別是對深基坑開挖引起鄰近建筑物基礎(chǔ)的影響及控制措施研究,對進(jìn)一步完善深基坑支護(hù)工程設(shè)計(jì),減少事故發(fā)生頻率具有十分重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文以南昌軌道交通1號(hào)線某基坑工程為研究背景,借助數(shù)值模擬方法,對深基坑開挖對鄰近建筑物基礎(chǔ)沉降的影響進(jìn)行了研究。主要研究工作和取得成果如下: 首先,根據(jù)國內(nèi)外學(xué)者的研究現(xiàn)狀,概述了基坑開挖引起建筑物損壞的基本理論,,并對基坑開挖引起的建筑物地基變形預(yù)測方法進(jìn)行了歸納和總結(jié)。 其次,結(jié)合南昌地鐵深基坑工程實(shí)例,采用數(shù)值模擬方法,建立了基坑開挖數(shù)值計(jì)算模型,探討了深基坑開挖對鄰近建筑物基礎(chǔ)沉降的影響。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明:數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果與工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)基本吻合,說明數(shù)值模擬方法可用于對實(shí)際工程的前期計(jì)算分析;基坑開挖對周圍建筑物的傾斜影響程度與鄰近建筑物的位置有關(guān),基礎(chǔ)離基坑距離越近,沉降變形影響越大;差異沉降并不完全隨距離的增加而減小,當(dāng)建筑物基礎(chǔ)一端在沉降槽區(qū)域內(nèi),而另一端跨越1倍的開挖深度范圍時(shí),基礎(chǔ)差異沉降最大,建筑物傾斜變形也最大;基礎(chǔ)埋置深度及上部荷載的大小均對建筑物基礎(chǔ)沉降有較大影響;基礎(chǔ)自身剛度對抵抗彎曲變形能力有積極作用,但對減小建筑物基礎(chǔ)不均勻沉降意義不大。 最后,重點(diǎn)考慮內(nèi)支撐剛度、圍護(hù)墻嵌固深度、坑外設(shè)置隔斷墻、基礎(chǔ)托換四種工程措施的影響,對基坑開挖對建筑物基礎(chǔ)沉降控制措施進(jìn)行了研究。分析結(jié)果表明:四種工程措施均對減小建筑物基礎(chǔ)沉降均有積極作用,其中采取增設(shè)坑外隔斷墻和基礎(chǔ)托換措施對減小建筑物基礎(chǔ)沉降效果最為明顯,在具體工程應(yīng)用中,建議綜合考慮各種影響因素,選擇出既經(jīng)濟(jì)又安全的控制措施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy and city construction, development and utilization of underground space in the city more and more attention. Therefore, a large number of deep foundation pits and even ultra deep excavation of deep foundation pit followed, these are usually located in the downtown area, around the pit are often built (structure) building density, pipeline variety, subway station with subway showing a deep tunnel arranged in a crisscross pattern, and large, close, tight, new characteristics difficult. The difficulty of construction of deep foundation pit in city area, time is tight, and inevitably bring about a series of engineering environmental problems, especially the influence caused by adjacent building foundation excavation and control measures of deep foundation pit, to further improve the deep foundation pit support engineering design, reduce the frequency of accidents has very important theoretical and practical significance. In this paper, a foundation pit in Nanchang Metro Line 1 as the research background, with the help of the numerical simulation method of the deep The influence of the foundation pit excavation on the settlement of the adjacent buildings is studied. The main research work and the results are as follows:
First, according to the research status of scholars at home and abroad, the basic theory of building damage caused by foundation pit excavation is summarized, and the prediction methods for foundation deformation caused by excavation are summarized.
Secondly, combined with the deep excavation of Nanchang Metro as an example, using the method of numerical simulation, established a numerical calculation model of foundation pit excavation, discusses the influence of deep excavation on adjacent buildings settlement basis. The calculation results show that the numerical simulation results and engineering experience are basically consistent, shows that the numerical simulation method can be used to analyze the pre calculation of the actual engineering slope; the degree of impact on the surrounding buildings and buildings near the excavation location of the foundation pit from the closer, the greater the influence of settlement; differential settlement is not completely decreased with the distance increase, when the building foundation end of the settlement trough area, while the other end is 1 times across the range of the depth of excavation, foundation difference the maximum settlement, building inclination deformation is the biggest; the buried depth of foundation and the upper loads have much influence on the foundation of building foundation settlement; The stiffness of the foundation has a positive effect on resistance to bending and deformation, but it is not significant to reduce the uneven settlement of the building foundation.
Finally, consider the support stiffness, wall embedded depth, the pit is arranged outside the partition wall, supporting effect for four kinds of engineering measures, the control measures of building foundation pit excavation. The results show that: four kinds of engineering measures are to reduce the building foundation settlement has many positive effects, including take additional pit outside the partition wall and foundation underpinning measures to reduce the building foundation settlement effect is most pronounced in concrete engineering application, suggestions considering various factors, selection of control measures is economical and safe.
