【摘要】：建筑適應性概念由來已久，當建筑壽命與城市化進程起沖突成為全球共同面臨的問題時，建筑的適應性也被提上日程作為早期城市發(fā)展的需要，工業(yè)聚集地成為早期城市形成的必要部分然而隨著城市不斷發(fā)展和產(chǎn)業(yè)結構調整，一大批老工業(yè)建筑逐漸退出歷史舞臺，這些滿載城市發(fā)展歷史的老工業(yè)建筑成為市民最寶貴的城市記憶，在這個大背景下，對于如何提高老工業(yè)建筑適應性成為各個城市發(fā)展進程中需要探索和解決的問題青島作為一個以港口為依托的旅游城市，有著特殊的殖民歷史，形成了比較豐富的工業(yè)資源如何對這些有歷史價值的老工業(yè)建筑進行適應性保護和改造再利用，，引起了大家的廣泛關注 本文以青島老工業(yè)建筑為研究對象，從六個方面進行論述： 第一章為緒論，闡述了研究背景；研究的范圍和內容；研究的目的意義和創(chuàng)新點研究的方法以及框架 第二章介紹國內外老工業(yè)建筑保護與再利用發(fā)展歷程；選取典型案例進行分析，并總結其可借鑒之處 第三章首先闡述青島老工業(yè)建筑的歷史沿革及現(xiàn)狀；其次總結青島老工業(yè)建筑價值；最后總結分析青島老工業(yè)建筑保護與再利用面臨的困難 第四章結合前兩章的研究成果，從老工業(yè)建筑適應性保護與再利用原則，保護與再利用模式進行分析；然后重點對青島老工業(yè)建筑適應性保護與再利用模式進行匹配性分析，以此對青島老工業(yè)建筑保護與再利用提出依據(jù) 第五章對青島國棉六廠保護與再利用項目背景保護與再利用定位，具體保護與再利用措施三個方面對國棉六廠創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園進行分析；最后落腳在青島國棉六廠倉庫樓的保護與再利用設計上，從保護方案到再利用方案設計進行分析，并從設計中總結經(jīng)驗和提出不足 最后為結論部分總結本文的主要結論，提出研究展望對一個老工業(yè)建筑進行成功的改造和再利用，不僅能夠延續(xù)老工業(yè)建筑的歷史文脈，使原本廢棄的老工業(yè)建筑重新找到生命力，改善了城市形象，提升城市生活的品質
[Abstract]:Architectural adaptability long-standing concept, when the life of the building and city process conflict has become the common problems facing the building, adaptability has also been put on the agenda as the early development of the city, industrial cluster, become a necessary part of the formation of the early city with the city development and the adjustment of industrial structure, a large number of old industrial buildings gradually withdraw the stage of history, the history of the development of the old industrial city full of memories of the city public building has become the most precious, in this context, how to improve the adaptability of the old industrial buildings become a city development process need to explore and solve the problem of Qingdao as a port based on the tourist city, has a special history of colonialism and the formation of a rich industrial resources to protect and improve the adaptability of the historical value of the old industrial buildings The use of it has aroused wide attention.
This article takes the old industrial building in Qingdao as the research object, and discusses from six aspects.
The first chapter is the introduction, which describes the research background, the scope and content of the research, the purpose of the study and the method and framework of the research on the innovation point.
The second chapter introduces the development process of the protection and reuse of old industrial buildings at home and abroad, and analyzes the typical cases, and summarizes its reference points.
The third chapter first describes the history and current situation of the old industrial buildings in Qingdao, then summarizes the value of Qingdao's old industrial buildings, and finally summarizes the difficulties faced by Qingdao's old industrial buildings in terms of protection and reuse.
The fourth chapter combines the research results of the former two chapters, from the adaptive protection and reuse of old industrial building principle, analyzes the protection and re-use patterns; and then focus on Qingdao old industrial building adaptive protection and reuse pattern matching analysis, the Qingdao old industrial buildings conservation and reuse based on
The fifth chapter of the Qingdao six cotton plant protection and reuse project background protection and reuse of localization, carries on the analysis to the six cotton factory Creative Industry Park three measures and use specific protection; and finally settled in Qingdao six cotton factory warehouse floor of the protection and reuse of the design, the protection scheme to reuse design analysis and design from summing up the experience and put forward the problems
The last is the conclusion of this paper summarized the main conclusions and prospects for the research on an old industrial building for the success of the transformation and reuse of old industrial buildings, not only can the continuation of historical context, so that the original old abandoned industrial buildings to find vitality, improve the city's image, enhance the quality of city life
