俄羅斯電子商務(wù)發(fā)展問題與對策分析

電子商務(wù)在經(jīng)濟(jì)增長中的作用不斷增加。電子商務(wù)有助于全球化和信息化,是全球經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的主要趨勢之一。目前,俄羅斯的電子商務(wù)市場正處于集約發(fā)展階段,這取決于一些限制和刺激因素。所選研究課題的相關(guān)性在于及時研究電子商務(wù)發(fā)展在全球方面的重要性,了解其當(dāng)前狀態(tài),以對未來情況提前預(yù)測,確定俄羅斯參與國際電子商務(wù)的參與程度,尋找加強(qiáng)和快速發(fā)展的最佳途徑,因為這對國家融入全球貿(mào)易關(guān)系體系起著非常重要的作用。本文主要目的是研究和分析俄羅斯電子商務(wù)市場,找到存在的問題和對策,提出未來的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。在本研究過程中,提出了俄羅斯電子商務(wù)市場的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、對策、影響因素和現(xiàn)狀。本論文的研究方法包括:文獻(xiàn)和數(shù)據(jù)資料整理、訪談法和比較分析。在研究過程中,對俄羅斯電子商務(wù)專家進(jìn)行了二十次訪談,對當(dāng)前俄羅斯電子商務(wù)市場的發(fā)展問題和對策提出了看法,發(fā)現(xiàn)了俄羅斯電子商務(wù)發(fā)展的阻礙因素。如今中國是全球電子商務(wù)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者,為現(xiàn)在和未來的全球零售趨勢奠定了基準(zhǔn)。論文對中俄電子商務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了比較分析,研究了兩國電子商務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀,確定了兩國電子商務(wù)存在的差別。根據(jù)比較分析和訪談的結(jié)果,再加上先前的研究和當(dāng)前的統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù),作者建議制定俄羅斯電子...
