自“大數(shù)據(jù)”的概念在2005年被提出以來,“大數(shù)據(jù)”在全球范圍內(nèi)的學術界和商業(yè)界掀起一股革新的熱潮�？臻g大數(shù)據(jù)（SBD）特指具有空間信息的大數(shù)據(jù)。智能技術和傳感器技術的快速發(fā)展使得空間大數(shù)據(jù)成為了目前最具價值的空間產(chǎn)品之一。SBD可以被分為對地觀測大數(shù)據(jù)與人類活動大數(shù)據(jù)兩類。目前,運用先進的技術手段從SBD中提煉知識已經(jīng)成為學術界以及相關產(chǎn)業(yè)中的重要范式;SBD也在地球科學,城市學,環(huán)境科學等多個科學領域持續(xù)推動著創(chuàng)新。不確定性被普遍認為是存在于空間數(shù)據(jù)研究中最重要的元素之一。不確定性廣泛存在于空間數(shù)據(jù)生產(chǎn)和分析的全過程當中。對不確定性的不當處理可能會得到錯誤的結論并且造成巨大的損失。在過去的幾十年間,針對空間數(shù)據(jù)以及空間分析的不確定性理論以及方法研究已經(jīng)取得了顯著進展,并在近年來被進一步擴展至空間數(shù)據(jù)與空間分析的可靠性研究中以滿足應用層級對于可靠性的廣泛需求。由于SBD龐大的數(shù)據(jù)量,涉及眾多的數(shù)據(jù)類型以及復雜的不確定性問題,傳統(tǒng)的不確定性分析方法,尤其是涉及大量人力,輔助信息以及個人判斷的方法,在應對SBD不確定性問題時變得低效甚至無效。針對這一問題,本文旨在利用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術,提出一...
