【摘要】：大數(shù)據(jù)為治理非傳統(tǒng)安全威脅提供助力。但由于目前大數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)孤島林立、閑置現(xiàn)象普遍,數(shù)據(jù)分析力薄弱、應(yīng)用水平低下以及數(shù)據(jù)開放性、共享性與安全性的矛盾突出,要提升非傳統(tǒng)安全威脅治理,就需要建設(shè)統(tǒng)一的、共享的數(shù)據(jù)信息平臺(tái);樹立大數(shù)據(jù)思維,探索大數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用之道;加強(qiáng)數(shù)據(jù)分析和技術(shù)人才開發(fā);并在推進(jìn)數(shù)據(jù)開放、共享的同時(shí),利用制度明確信息安全邊界。
[Abstract]:Big data provides help to deal with non-traditional security threats. However, due to big data's abundant storage, idle phenomenon, weak data analysis, low application level and data openness, the contradiction between sharing and security is prominent, in order to improve the management of non-traditional security threats, it is necessary to build a unified and shared data information platform, set up big data's thinking, explore the way of big data application, strengthen data analysis and the development of technical talents. While promoting the opening and sharing of data, the system is used to clarify the boundary of information security.
