AIS計(jì)劃航線電文播發(fā)與解析程序設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:目前,世界貿(mào)易運(yùn)輸90%的運(yùn)輸量都由海上交通運(yùn)輸來(lái)完成,海上交通情況愈發(fā)復(fù)雜,交通流向多變難定,通航環(huán)境相對(duì)惡劣,由交通環(huán)境復(fù)雜而引起的安全航行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)日益增加。若能預(yù)先掌握區(qū)域內(nèi)他船的計(jì)劃航線信息,對(duì)船舶而言,有助于駕駛員進(jìn)行避讓決策,對(duì)岸站的海事監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)而言,能夠高效的協(xié)助其掌握監(jiān)管區(qū)域內(nèi)的船舶航行動(dòng)態(tài),預(yù)測(cè)船舶有可能遇到的航行風(fēng)險(xiǎn),從而有效避免轄區(qū)內(nèi)船舶相應(yīng)航行事故的發(fā)生。本文以船載自動(dòng)識(shí)別系統(tǒng)(AIS)計(jì)劃航線電文信息為突破口,主要研究與計(jì)劃航線信息電文有關(guān)的AIS6(尋址)、8號(hào)(廣播)航線電文的封裝、播發(fā)與接收、解析和顯示應(yīng)用解決方案。首先描述了AIS通信的基本工作方式、通信模式、技術(shù)特點(diǎn)等;再介紹了目前海上通用的AIS電文以及2010年國(guó)際海事組織推薦使用的AIS專適用電文;重點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)了AIS6、8號(hào)計(jì)劃航線電文的內(nèi)容格式;隨后開(kāi)發(fā)了計(jì)劃航線電文從封裝、播發(fā)到接收與解析顯示的應(yīng)用解決方案,設(shè)計(jì)了程序的基本架構(gòu)與運(yùn)行機(jī)制、流程,完成了串口通信模塊,電文編譯模塊,校驗(yàn)與發(fā)送模塊,接收與解析模塊的設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)。最后在架設(shè)好應(yīng)用軟件與AIS設(shè)備的環(huán)境下進(jìn)行實(shí)機(jī)測(cè)試,結(jié)果達(dá)到預(yù)期。從而驗(yàn)證了AIS計(jì)劃航線電文播發(fā)與解析應(yīng)用的可操作性。通過(guò)對(duì)AIS的國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電文與推薦的專適用電文的整理與分析,本文給出了海上計(jì)劃航線電文交換的相關(guān)解決方案與應(yīng)用程序。應(yīng)用程序使用C++語(yǔ)言編程環(huán)境,方便今后進(jìn)一步開(kāi)發(fā)時(shí)集成于電子海圖顯示與信息系統(tǒng)。在今后的研究中,AIS計(jì)劃航線電文播發(fā)、接收與解析應(yīng)用仍需要研究?jī)蓚(gè)方向:一是更好的規(guī)劃電文的內(nèi)容字段,使得播發(fā)的字段能夠在信息的豐富性與節(jié)約時(shí)隙性方面達(dá)到一種科學(xué)的平衡狀態(tài);另外是深入的將程序集成于電子海圖顯示與信息系統(tǒng)中,以便航線信息在電子海圖上更加直觀的集成顯示,方便數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)以及進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析判斷。

[Abstract]:At present, 90% of the world trade transportation is completed by sea transportation, the maritime traffic situation is becoming more and more complex, the traffic flow direction is changeable and difficult to determine, the navigation environment is relatively bad, and the risk of safe navigation caused by the complex traffic environment is increasing day by day. If the planned route information of other ships in the area can be grasped in advance, it is helpful for the pilot to make avoidance decision, and for the maritime regulatory agency of the shore station, it can efficiently assist it to master the navigation dynamics of the ship in the supervision area and predict the navigation risks that the ship may encounter, so as to effectively avoid the occurrence of the corresponding navigation accidents of the ships in the jurisdiction. Based on the shipborne automatic identification system (AIS) planned route message information, this paper mainly studies the encapsulation, broadcast and reception, analysis and display of AIS6 (addressing) and No. 8 (broadcast) route messages related to the planned route information message. This paper first describes the basic working mode, communication mode and technical characteristics of AIS communication, then introduces the AIS messages commonly used at sea and the AIS messages recommended by the International Maritime Organization in 2010, and focuses on the design of the content format of the AIS6,8 plan route messages. Then the application solution of planned route message from encapsulation, broadcast to reception and analysis display is developed. the basic architecture and operation mechanism and flow chart of the program are designed, and the serial communication module, message compilation module, verification and sending module, reception and analysis module are designed and developed. Finally, the actual machine test is carried out in the environment of setting up the application software and AIS equipment, and the results meet the expectations. Thus, the maneuverability of the application of AIS planned route message broadcasting and analysis is verified. Based on the collation and analysis of AIS international standard messages and recommended suitable messages, this paper gives the related solutions and applications of maritime planned route message exchange. The application program uses C language programming environment, which is convenient to integrate into the electronic chart display and information system when it is further developed in the future. In the future research, the application of AIS planned route message broadcasting, receiving and analyzing still needs to study two directions: one is to better plan the content field of the message, so that the broadcast field can reach a scientific balance in the aspect of information richness and slot saving; In addition, the program is deeply integrated into the electronic chart display and information system, so that the route information can be more intuitively displayed on the electronic chart, which is convenient for data storage and data analysis and judgment.
