因子分析和可靠性分析在織物染色計算機配色中的研究

【摘要】:計算機配色技術的出現(xiàn)解決了傳統(tǒng)人工配色過程中費時、費力、可重現(xiàn)性差等問題,然而國內計算機配色起步較晚,在計算速度和精度上還有待提高。由于因子分析方法使用了因子旋轉技術,使得解釋性更強;而可靠性分析使用克隆巴赫系數展示模型的可靠度,使結果說服性更強。本文針對計算機配色過程中存在的問題,將可靠性分析、因子分析方法應用到對樣本數據的分析中,推測可能的數學模型。根據具體情況,分別使用回歸分析中的曲線估計和線性回歸方法對模型進行建立和求解。最后分別求出染料濃度和三刺激值的誤差,用誤差的大小進一步驗證模型的準確度。本文首先介紹了課題探究的背景、發(fā)展進程,針對國內配色的現(xiàn)狀提出本文的研究主體與創(chuàng)新點。其次從色度學原理角度詳細介紹了本文中所用到的基礎知識,包括色彩的三要素、顏色空間、顏色混合和色差,介紹了現(xiàn)在配色的理論基礎Kubelka-Munk理論。再次,站在數學角度詳細描述了本文中所用到的數學模型:因子分析、可靠性分析、回歸分析和牛頓迭代法。本文研究的主要內容是三種染料在相同濃度和不同濃度下的關系問題。染料濃度相同時所用到的數學模型有可靠性分析和回歸分析的曲線估計;染料濃度不同時,使用因子分析和回歸分析來進行數學建模和模型的求解。最后,對本文的研究內容進行了總結,并指出求解過程中存在的問題,以便在后續(xù)的工作中繼續(xù)進行研究改進。

[Abstract]:The emergence of computer color matching technology has solved the problems of time-consuming, laborious and poor reproducibility in the traditional manual color matching process. However, the domestic computer color matching started late, and the calculation speed and accuracy still need to be improved. Because the factor rotation technique is used in the factor analysis method, the explanation is stronger, while the reliability analysis uses the Cronbach coefficient to show the reliability of the model, which makes the result more persuasive. In this paper, in view of the problems existing in the process of computer color matching, the reliability analysis and factor analysis method are applied to the analysis of sample data, and the possible mathematical model is deduced. According to the specific situation, the curve estimation and linear regression method in regression analysis are used to establish and solve the model. Finally, the errors of dye concentration and tristimulus value are obtained respectively, and the accuracy of the model is further verified by the magnitude of the error. This paper first introduces the background and development process of the research, and puts forward the research subject and innovation point of this paper in view of the present situation of color matching in China. Secondly, from the point of view of chromaticity principle, the basic knowledge used in this paper is introduced in detail, including the three elements of color, color space, color mixing and color difference, and the theoretical basis of color matching Kubelka-Munk theory is introduced. Thirdly, from the mathematical point of view, the mathematical models used in this paper are described in detail: factor analysis, reliability analysis, regression analysis and Newton iterative method. The main content of this paper is the relationship between the three dyes at the same concentration and different concentrations. When the dye concentration is the same, the mathematical model used has the curve estimation of reliability analysis and regression analysis, and the factor analysis and regression analysis are used to solve the mathematical model when the dye concentration is different. Finally, the research contents of this paper are summarized, and the problems existing in the process of solving are pointed out in order to continue the research and improvement in the follow-up work.
