【摘要】：作為油田工作的重要部分,當(dāng)前井下專業(yè)技能培訓(xùn)工作仍以人力手工處理為主,采用的考試模式以犧牲培訓(xùn)教師、管理員和員工的大量時(shí)間和精力為代價(jià),同時(shí)培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí)的低效也影響著培訓(xùn)管理工作水平的提升。因此,在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展的背景下,開發(fā)一套適應(yīng)油田井下專業(yè)技能培訓(xùn)的管理系統(tǒng),就顯得十分必要。本文根據(jù)油田井下培訓(xùn)的實(shí)際需求,著重研究了系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)、功能、關(guān)鍵技術(shù)和實(shí)現(xiàn)方案。系統(tǒng)依照軟件工程開發(fā)原則,從實(shí)際應(yīng)用情況出發(fā),對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題做出詳盡的需求分析與設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn),開發(fā)過(guò)程使用快速開發(fā)和便于維護(hù)的面向?qū)ο蟮拈_發(fā)方法。該系統(tǒng)采用B/S模式,以MyEclipse集成開發(fā)環(huán)境為開發(fā)工具,使用開源的MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)工具進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理,實(shí)現(xiàn)了包括培訓(xùn)學(xué)習(xí)、培訓(xùn)管理、考試管理、題庫(kù)管理、正式考試、閱卷管理、系統(tǒng)管理等為主要功能的井下專業(yè)技能培訓(xùn)管理系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)根據(jù)井下專業(yè)技能培訓(xùn)的實(shí)際需求來(lái)開發(fā),滿足了企業(yè)培訓(xùn)管理的使用要求,解決了培訓(xùn)管理中的問(wèn)題。井下專業(yè)技能培訓(xùn)管理系統(tǒng)具有技術(shù)先進(jìn)、運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定、維護(hù)方便、功能實(shí)用的特點(diǎn)。在使用中,在線考試、閱卷等功能可以大幅提升培訓(xùn)的工作效率,促進(jìn)了員工井下專業(yè)技能的提升,也達(dá)到了系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:As an important part of oil field work, the training of underground professional skills is still dominated by manual manpower processing, and the examination mode adopts at the expense of a great deal of time and energy of training teachers, managers and employees. At the same time, the inefficiency of training and learning also affects the improvement of training management level. Therefore, under the background of the development of the Internet, it is very necessary to develop a management system suitable for the training of underground professional skills in oil fields. According to the actual demand of downhole training in oil field, this paper focuses on the structure, function, key technology and realization scheme of the system. According to the principle of software engineering development, the system makes a detailed requirement analysis and design implementation of the existing problems from the practical application situation, and the development process uses the object-oriented development method which is rapid development and easy to maintain. The system adopts B / S mode, takes MyEclipse integrated development environment as the development tool, and uses the open source MySQL database tool to carry on the database management. The system realizes the underground professional skills training management system, which includes training and learning, training management, examination management, question bank management, formal examination, marking management, system management and so on. The system is developed according to the actual needs of underground professional skills training, which meets the requirements of enterprise training management and solves the problems in training management. The underground professional skill training management system has the characteristics of advanced technology, stable operation, convenient maintenance and practical function. In use, online examination, marking and other functions can greatly improve the efficiency of training, promote the upgrading of employees' underground professional skills, but also achieve the design objectives of the system.
