基于Web的船廠能耗管理系統(tǒng)研發(fā)
[Abstract]:Shipyard is a large household of energy consumption and emission, in which the proportion of power consumption expenditure in the total energy consumption expenditure of shipyard is the highest, about 80%. Its extensive management mode and traditional manual operation table cause great waste of human and material resources, at the same time, energy consumption statistics will inevitably produce human error. How to do a good job of energy saving and emission reduction has become an urgent problem to be solved in shipyards. In view of the problems existing in shipyard, such as manual meter reading and low degree of informatization, this paper develops a shipyard energy consumption management system based on Web by using the thinking of "Internet" and combining with the latest Internet technology. First of all, through the analysis of the requirements of shipyard energy consumption management, this paper determines the main functions of shipyard energy consumption management system, including remote meter reading, data acquisition, data storage, data transmission and other functions of the system. Secondly, the function and application of energy consumption data acquisition gateway developed by our laboratory are briefly introduced. On this basis, according to the actual demand of shipyard, the energy consumption data gateway is secondary developed, and the communication interface program and data acquisition, storage and transmission program with digital energy consumption meter are designed by using C language, and the local test of the gateway is completed to verify the reliability of the function. Finally, using Tomcat server, MySql data and MyEclipse development environment, Java language is selected as the background programming language of the system, and Spring Hibernate Struts framework is used to develop the shipyard energy consumption management system based on B / S architecture. The functions of shipyard management, energy consumption query, data statistics and chart analysis are realized. In this paper, a shipyard energy consumption management system based on Web is designed and developed to solve the problems existing in shipyard. The latest Internet technology is applied to shipyard energy consumption management. By using the characteristics of Internet comprehensive perception, efficient transmission and intelligent processing, the shipyard energy consumption management and field management are combined to form a unified management network, so that shipyard managers can master the latest energy consumption trends in real time and in an all-round way. While providing data support for shipyard energy consumption management strategy, the information of shipyard energy consumption management is realized, so that shipyard can achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.
