項(xiàng)目人才管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:勝任素質(zhì)概念提出以來,針對這一概念的理論研究和實(shí)際應(yīng)用得到了快速發(fā)展,國外很多知名公司據(jù)此建立了與之相關(guān)的人才評估體系。我國研究者近年來也更具勝任素質(zhì)建立了一系列的模型,用以進(jìn)行人才招聘和人力資源培訓(xùn)。上世紀(jì)末開始,國內(nèi)在人才管理軟件方面的開發(fā)與研究已經(jīng)非常深入,特別是近兩年,隨著大數(shù)據(jù)和云計(jì)算技術(shù)的廣泛應(yīng)用,人才管理信息系統(tǒng)已從過去的簡單查詢、統(tǒng)計(jì),發(fā)展到可以進(jìn)行人才預(yù)測、人才診斷等更復(fù)雜的功能。然而,目前我們的人才管理信息系統(tǒng),大多還只停留在對人才的年齡、學(xué)歷、職稱、專業(yè)等簡單的人口學(xué)信息的管理。如何利用現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)對人才勝任能力和深層素質(zhì)進(jìn)行科學(xué)開發(fā)和管理,越來越成為現(xiàn)代管理者關(guān)注和研究的重點(diǎn)。在當(dāng)前我國企業(yè)處于轉(zhuǎn)型升級的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,項(xiàng)目人才已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)人才工作的核心。因此有必要建立一套基于勝任素質(zhì)模型的現(xiàn)代化人才管理系統(tǒng)軟件,以適應(yīng)當(dāng)今的企業(yè)人才管理工作的需要。本文經(jīng)過對項(xiàng)目人才管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行需求分析后,將系統(tǒng)分為主要六個(gè)功能模塊——人才信息管理、查詢管理、勝任能力分析管理、培訓(xùn)管理、輔助工具以及系統(tǒng)維護(hù)管理。在需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合ASP.NET以及AJAX等技術(shù)對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的功能設(shè)計(jì)及數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì),利用有反饋網(wǎng)絡(luò)神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型,依據(jù)天津工業(yè)、國資系統(tǒng)的組織結(jié)構(gòu),建立起三個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)層的網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu)。本項(xiàng)目在.NET框架下,通過BP算法對采集數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行篩選、處理,數(shù)據(jù)庫以SQL Servers實(shí)現(xiàn),最終創(chuàng)建了基于瀏覽器/服務(wù)器(B/S)體系結(jié)構(gòu)的應(yīng)用軟件。本項(xiàng)目還打造了一個(gè)項(xiàng)目人才信息管理平臺,能夠?yàn)楦骷壒芾碚咛峁┰攲?shí)的項(xiàng)目基本情況、項(xiàng)目人才勝任素質(zhì)管理、職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃、培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃等信息,實(shí)現(xiàn)多種人才數(shù)據(jù)的查詢、統(tǒng)計(jì)、分析及圖表、報(bào)表打印等相關(guān)功能,為天津工業(yè)、國資系統(tǒng)提供一種良好的項(xiàng)目人才信息管理工具。最后在模擬系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的環(huán)境下,對項(xiàng)目人才管理系統(tǒng)各功能模塊進(jìn)行測試,從而進(jìn)一步保證了軟件質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Since the concept of competency was put forward, the theoretical research and practical application of this concept have been developed rapidly, and many well-known foreign companies have established the related talent evaluation system. In recent years, researchers in China have also established a series of models with more competence to carry out talent recruitment and human resource training. Since the end of last century, the development and research of talent management software in China has been very in-depth, especially in the past two years, with the wide application of big data and cloud computing technology, talent management information system has developed from simple query, statistics, to more complex functions, such as talent prediction, talent diagnosis and so on. However, at present, most of our talent management information systems only stay in the management of demography information, such as age, academic background, professional title, major and so on. How to use modern information technology to realize the scientific development and management of talent competence and deep quality has become the focus of attention and research of modern managers. At present, Chinese enterprises are in a critical period of transformation and upgrading, project talents have become the core of enterprise talent work. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a set of modern talent management system software based on competency model to meet the needs of enterprise talent management. After analyzing the requirements of the project talent management system, this paper divides the system into six main functional modules: talent information management, query management, competency analysis management, training management, auxiliary tools and system maintenance management. On the basis of requirement analysis, combined with ASP.NET and AJAX technology, the function design and database design of the system are carried out in detail. Based on the feedback network neural network model, according to the organizational structure of Tianjin industrial and state-owned system, the network architecture of three node layers is established.
