具有批量?jī)?chǔ)運(yùn)環(huán)節(jié)的裝配系統(tǒng)緩存區(qū)優(yōu)化配置

【摘要】:針對(duì)具有隨機(jī)批量?jī)?chǔ)運(yùn)環(huán)節(jié)的裝配生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)中的緩存區(qū)容量配置問(wèn)題,以最小化系統(tǒng)成本為目標(biāo),建立了考慮在制品數(shù)量成本和運(yùn)輸車(chē)輛成本的緩存區(qū)容量配置優(yōu)化模型;谂抨(duì)網(wǎng)建立該系統(tǒng)的性能求解模型,分析系統(tǒng)性能隨緩存區(qū)變化的特性。依據(jù)系統(tǒng)性能單調(diào)變化特性建立了一種壓縮上、下界搜索空間的分支定界優(yōu)化算法,使用該優(yōu)化方法求解多個(gè)算例,并將得到的性能指標(biāo)結(jié)果與仿真結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比驗(yàn)證,分析了緩存區(qū)容量配置結(jié)果對(duì)系統(tǒng)性能指標(biāo)的影響。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of buffer area capacity allocation in assembly production system with random batch storage and transportation links, in order to minimize the system cost, an optimization model of cache area capacity allocation considering the quantity cost of WIP and the cost of transport vehicles is established. Based on the queuing network, the performance solution model of the system is established, and the characteristics of the system performance changing with the cache area are analyzed. According to the monotonic variation of system performance, a branch and bound optimization algorithm is established to compress the upper and lower bound search space. The optimization method is used to solve several examples. The performance index results are compared with the simulation results, and the influence of cache area capacity allocation results on the system performance index is analyzed.
