基于BI的成教可視化分析系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:隨著高校招生規(guī)模的壯大發(fā)展,教學(xué)管理信息化現(xiàn)已逐步在各大高校中實(shí)行實(shí)施,為高校能及時(shí)掌握綜合的整體發(fā)展情況提供分析依據(jù),并為教育機(jī)構(gòu)建立良好的教育環(huán)境、引進(jìn)優(yōu)秀的教工和招收高素質(zhì)的學(xué)生提供輔助決策[1]。教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)普遍應(yīng)用于學(xué)校的日常教學(xué)管理工作中,提高了各管理部門的管理效率。這些系統(tǒng)雖然基本滿足了學(xué)校的教學(xué)需求并提供學(xué)籍管理、教務(wù)管理、成績管理、畢業(yè)管理、考務(wù)管理等信息的查詢功能,但是對(duì)系統(tǒng)積累的繁多的內(nèi)部數(shù)據(jù)無法進(jìn)行更深層次的分析,缺少靈活的和個(gè)性化的數(shù)據(jù)挖掘[2],難以發(fā)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)背后隱藏的價(jià)值,不足以支持學(xué)校制定整體發(fā)展和建設(shè)規(guī)劃的決策。商業(yè)智能[3](Business Intelligence,BI)是一個(gè)備受關(guān)注的領(lǐng)域,它應(yīng)用于社會(huì)的各個(gè)行業(yè)中,旨在提供一個(gè)實(shí)時(shí)的、多維動(dòng)態(tài)的可視化圖表分析,及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)前業(yè)務(wù)的狀況并作出預(yù)警,用“一圖勝千言[4]”的形式將復(fù)雜的信息簡化,幫助決策者快速理解和使用。結(jié)合商業(yè)智能技術(shù)與成教學(xué)院的辦學(xué)實(shí)踐,我們設(shè)計(jì)了一套成人教育教務(wù)可視化決策分析的解決方案,提供各種教務(wù)管理業(yè)務(wù)的綜合分析和專題分析報(bào)告。系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)是基于成人教育學(xué)院正使用的教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)源。由于數(shù)據(jù)源的時(shí)間上跨越十幾年數(shù)據(jù)庫中累積了大量的數(shù)據(jù)類型不一致、記錄為空、數(shù)據(jù)記錄冗余等較差質(zhì)量的數(shù)據(jù)。為保證系統(tǒng)決策平臺(tái)提供有效、高價(jià)值的一致性信息展現(xiàn),我們首先使用數(shù)據(jù)庫管理工具對(duì)教務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)源進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)清洗,并按決策主題的需要建立SQL聯(lián)合查詢視圖,完成數(shù)據(jù)抽取與整合、數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換工作,得到輔助分析的教務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)集。再運(yùn)用BI[5]工具對(duì)教務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)集進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)語義的規(guī)范和多維分析模型的建立,將多個(gè)維度視圖直接關(guān)聯(lián)事實(shí)視圖的多維結(jié)構(gòu)提升了檢索效率。最后,運(yùn)用OLAP技術(shù)(On-Line Analytical Processing)操作進(jìn)行靈活的選取、細(xì)分、聚合數(shù)據(jù),完成前端界面的數(shù)據(jù)可視化分析圖表,包括綜合校情子模塊、招生畢業(yè)子模塊、教師綜合子模塊、學(xué)生綜合子模塊與學(xué)業(yè)評(píng)價(jià)子模塊,提供一個(gè)實(shí)時(shí)的數(shù)據(jù)獲取、個(gè)性可視化、多維自助分析與鉆取的決策分析模塊。為校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、管理部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和業(yè)務(wù)人員透過關(guān)鍵數(shù)據(jù)的直觀分析,總結(jié)出有參考價(jià)值的信息以輔助決策的制定。
[Abstract]:With the development of enrollment scale in colleges and universities, the informatization of teaching management has been gradually implemented in colleges and universities, which provides an analytical basis for colleges and universities to grasp the comprehensive overall development in time, and provides auxiliary decision-making for educational institutions to establish a good educational environment, introduce excellent teaching staff and recruit high-quality students [1]. The educational administration management system is widely used in the daily teaching management of the school, which improves the management efficiency of each management department. Although these systems basically meet the teaching needs of the school and provide the query function of student status management, educational administration management, achievement management, graduation management, examination management and so on, they can not carry on the deeper analysis to the numerous internal data accumulated by the system, lack the flexible and individualized data mining [2], and it is difficult to find the hidden value behind the data. Not enough to support the school in making overall development and construction planning decisions. Business intelligence [3] (Business Intelligence,BI) is a field of concern, which is applied to various industries of society. It aims to provide a real-time, multi-dimensional dynamic visual chart analysis, timely discover the current business situation and make early warning, simplify the complex information in the form of "one graph is better than a thousand words [4]", and help decision makers to understand and use it quickly. Combined with business intelligence technology and the practice of running an adult education college, we design a set of solutions for visual decision analysis of educational administration in adult education, and provide comprehensive analysis and special analysis reports on all kinds of educational administration business. The data of the system is based on the data source of the educational administration management system being used by the Institute of Adult Education. Because the data source has accumulated a large number of data types inconsistency in the database for more than ten years, the records are empty, the data records are redundant and other poor quality data. In order to ensure the system decision platform to provide effective and high value consistency information display, we first use the database management tool to clean the educational administration data source, and establish the SQL joint query view according to the needs of the decision subject, complete the data extraction and integration, data conversion, and get the educational administration data set of auxiliary analysis. Then the specification of data semantics and the establishment of multidimensional analysis model of educational administration data set are carried out by using BI [5] tool, and the multi-dimensional structure of multi-dimensional view is directly related to the multi-dimensional structure of fact view, which improves the retrieval efficiency. Finally, using OLAP technology (On-Line Analytical Processing) operation for flexible selection, subdivision, aggregation of data, complete the front-end interface data visualization analysis chart, including comprehensive school situation sub-module, enrollment and graduation sub-module, teacher comprehensive sub-module, student synthesis sub-module and academic evaluation sub-module, to provide a real-time data acquisition, personality visualization, multi-dimensional self-help analysis and drilling decision analysis module. For school leaders, management leaders and business personnel through the intuitive analysis of key data, summed up valuable information to assist in decision-making.
