基于增強(qiáng)現(xiàn)實(shí)的交互式樓盤演示設(shè)計及用戶體驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:樓盤演示作為售樓中的必要環(huán)節(jié),其演示方式從平面圖到三維沙盤,再到虛擬模型,已經(jīng)越來越立體化數(shù)字化。而增強(qiáng)現(xiàn)實(shí)作為當(dāng)下最為火爆的技術(shù)手段,已經(jīng)在廣告、游戲、教育等多個領(lǐng)域催化出了具有一定用戶量級的產(chǎn)品,且隨著技術(shù)水平不斷提升,以及移動終端的計算能力不斷加強(qiáng),增強(qiáng)現(xiàn)實(shí)類產(chǎn)品也越發(fā)的精致。在這樣的背景下本文通過發(fā)掘現(xiàn)實(shí)需求,將增強(qiáng)現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)與樓盤銷售相結(jié)合,不僅要開發(fā)出基于增強(qiáng)現(xiàn)實(shí)的交互式樓盤演示設(shè)計產(chǎn)品,更注重在產(chǎn)品實(shí)現(xiàn)過程中的交互設(shè)計研究;谠鰪(qiáng)現(xiàn)實(shí)的交互式樓盤演示設(shè)計是通過需求分析和交互設(shè)計原則來指導(dǎo)進(jìn)行的,其需求又細(xì)分為用戶需求、場景需求和功能需求,用戶需求包括銷售人員的需求、開發(fā)商的需求和購房者的需求。在目標(biāo)的人群確定之后還要考慮到目標(biāo)人群的使用場景并根據(jù)以上的討論發(fā)掘出交互式樓盤應(yīng)該具備的功能需求。其次又通過對于二維交互設(shè)計原則經(jīng)驗(yàn)的繼承,結(jié)合應(yīng)用實(shí)例總結(jié)出了面向增強(qiáng)現(xiàn)實(shí)應(yīng)用的三大交互設(shè)計原則。通過需求和原則的探析進(jìn)而去指導(dǎo)交互方式、交互流程和交互界面的實(shí)現(xiàn)。基于增強(qiáng)現(xiàn)實(shí)的交互式樓盤演示設(shè)計的實(shí)現(xiàn),制作有效的識別圖并以識別圖為基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行小區(qū)和樓盤建模,然后利用vuforia的sdk進(jìn)行跟蹤注冊,將模型匹配在手機(jī)攝像頭捕捉的識別圖上并顯示在移動端屏幕中,同時考慮到樓盤銷售的特殊性又添加了第一人稱漫游功能,最后通過unity腳本程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)了單指旋轉(zhuǎn),雙指放大縮小與半圓滑動等交互方式從定性定量、行為態(tài)度、用戶場景和產(chǎn)品階段四個角度的兩個角度選擇了用戶體驗(yàn)測試方法,采用啟發(fā)式評估的方式進(jìn)行可用性測試,通過評估任務(wù)來表現(xiàn)設(shè)計產(chǎn)品的可用性發(fā)掘問題,并得出改進(jìn)方向,使用面對面訪談的形式進(jìn)行趣味性測試,從使用者的主觀態(tài)度出發(fā)總結(jié)設(shè)計產(chǎn)品的趣味性綜上所述,基于增強(qiáng)現(xiàn)實(shí)的交互式樓盤演示設(shè)計,將全新的技術(shù)與房地產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域相結(jié)合,并憑借著科學(xué)有效的交互研究與交互設(shè)計,以提高該設(shè)計作品的可用性與趣味性。
[Abstract]:As a necessary link in the sale of real estate, the demonstration mode has been more and more three-dimensional digitization from the plan view to the three-dimensional sand table, and then to the virtual model. As the most popular technical means at present, augmented reality has catalyzed products of certain user order in many fields, such as advertising, games, education and so on, and with the continuous improvement of technical level, As well as the mobile terminal computing power continues to strengthen, augmented reality products are becoming more and more exquisite. In this context, by exploring the real demand, this paper combines augmented reality technology with real estate sales, and not only develops interactive real estate demonstration design products based on augmented reality. Pay more attention to the research of interaction design in the process of product implementation. Interactive real estate demonstration design based on augmented reality is guided by requirements analysis and interaction design principles, and its requirements are subdivided into user requirements, scene requirements and functional requirements, including the needs of salespeople. The demand of developers and buyers. After the target population is determined, the usage scenario of the target population should be taken into account and the functional requirements of the interactive real estate should be explored according to the above discussion. Secondly, through the inheritance of the experience of two-dimensional interaction design principles, combined with an application example, three interactive design principles for augmented reality applications are summarized. Through the analysis of requirements and principles, and then guide the realization of interaction mode, interaction process and interaction interface. Based on the realization of interactive real estate demonstration design based on augmented reality, the effective identification diagram is made and the cell and building modeling is carried out on the basis of the recognition diagram, and then the sdk of vuforia is used to track and register. The model is matched on the recognition diagram captured by the mobile phone camera and displayed in the mobile screen. At the same time, considering the particularity of the real estate sales, the first person roaming function is added. Finally, the single finger rotation is realized through the unity script program. The user experience test method is selected from the four angles of qualitative and quantitative, behavioral attitude, user scene and product stage, and heuristic evaluation is used to test the availability of the interaction between double finger magnification and reduction and semicircular sliding. Through the evaluation task to express the usability of the design product to explore the problem, and get the direction of improvement, using the form of face-to-face interviews for interest testing, from the subjective attitude of the user to sum up the design of the product interesting to sum up, The interactive real estate demonstration design based on augmented reality combines the new technology with the real estate field, and with the scientific and effective interaction research and interaction design, in order to improve the availability and interest of the design work.
