【摘要】：針對最小矩形包絡算法處理不規(guī)則多邊形時包絡率低并造成板材使用率低的現(xiàn)象,在最小矩形包絡算法基礎上,提出三角形處理法。通過包絡求解、分類、組合三個環(huán)節(jié)將不規(guī)則凸多邊形轉化成矩形,并采用遺傳算法及最低水平輪廓算法進行矩形排樣。通過對比實驗,驗證了三角形處理算法提高板材使用率的有效性。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the phenomenon that the envelope rate of irregular polygons is low and the utilization rate of plate is low when the minimum rectangular envelope algorithm is used, a triangle processing method is proposed on the basis of the minimum rectangular envelope algorithm. Through envelope solving, classification and combination of three links, the irregular convex polygons are transformed into rectangles, and the genetic algorithm and the lowest horizontal profile algorithm are used for rectangular layout. Through comparative experiments, the effectiveness of triangle processing algorithm to improve the utilization rate of plate is verified.
