基于區(qū)塊鏈的醫(yī)療數(shù)據(jù)共享模型研究

【摘要】:根據(jù)醫(yī)療行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,不難發(fā)現(xiàn)各醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)間共享數(shù)據(jù)困難,因?yàn)獒t(yī)療數(shù)據(jù)的校驗(yàn)、保存和同步一直是一個(gè)難點(diǎn).病人、醫(yī)生以及研究人員在訪問和共享醫(yī)療數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)存在嚴(yán)格的限制,這一過程需要花費(fèi)大量的資源和時(shí)間用于權(quán)限審查和數(shù)據(jù)校驗(yàn).本文提出一個(gè)基于區(qū)塊鏈的醫(yī)療數(shù)據(jù)共享模型,具有去中心化、安全可信、集體維護(hù)、不可篡改等特點(diǎn),適用于解決各醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)共享的難題.本文詳細(xì)介紹了模型的組件以及實(shí)現(xiàn)原理.將現(xiàn)有醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分類,配合使用改進(jìn)的共識(shí)機(jī)制實(shí)現(xiàn)了方便、安全、快捷的數(shù)據(jù)共享.此外,通過對(duì)比醫(yī)療數(shù)據(jù)共享存在的問題,分析了本模型的優(yōu)勢(shì)以及帶來的影響.
[Abstract]:According to the current situation of medical industry, it is not difficult to find that it is difficult to share data among medical institutions, because the verification, preservation and synchronization of medical data have always been a difficult problem. Patients, doctors, and researchers are severely restricted in accessing and sharing medical data, a process that requires significant resources and time for authority review and data validation. This paper presents a medical data sharing model based on block chain, which has the characteristics of decentralization, security and credibility, collective maintenance and untampering. It is suitable for solving the problem of data sharing among medical institutions. In this paper, the components of the model and its implementation principle are introduced in detail. The existing medical institutions are classified, and the improved consensus mechanism is used to realize convenient, safe and fast data sharing. In addition, the advantages and effects of the model are analyzed by comparing the problems existing in medical data sharing.
