【摘要】：信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展為銀行日常管理信息化建設(shè)奠定了基礎(chǔ)。在本文中,結(jié)合銀行員工在線交流管理的實(shí)際情況,提出了一套基于J2EE技術(shù)體系的銀行員工在線交流設(shè)計(jì)的技術(shù)方案。論文依據(jù)銀行員工在線交流管理的需求,并結(jié)合銀行員工在線交流管理的實(shí)際情況,本文基于J2EE技術(shù)體系和B/S結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)了銀行員工在線交流系統(tǒng),主要研究?jī)?nèi)容為:首先對(duì)課題的研究背景、研究意義、研究現(xiàn)狀以及研究?jī)?nèi)容進(jìn)行了闡述;對(duì)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)技術(shù)進(jìn)行了介紹,為系統(tǒng)的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)奠定技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)。在對(duì)銀行員工在線交流系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行需求分析時(shí),基于對(duì)國內(nèi)外銀行的現(xiàn)狀研究基礎(chǔ),對(duì)系統(tǒng)需要實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分析;在此分析結(jié)果上,結(jié)合對(duì)技術(shù)框架的分析,選定合適的系統(tǒng)技術(shù)框架,并對(duì)系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)和功能模塊進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行選型和劃分,對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫表結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)。隨后,使用Java語言對(duì)系統(tǒng)的模塊進(jìn)行實(shí)現(xiàn),將實(shí)現(xiàn)后的系統(tǒng)依據(jù)用戶需求進(jìn)行測(cè)試,測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,設(shè)計(jì)的銀行員工在線交流管理系統(tǒng)功能基本滿足用戶需求,達(dá)到了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的目標(biāo)。最后對(duì)本文的研究進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并對(duì)研究的不足進(jìn)行了展望。本文基于J2EE技術(shù)體系和B/S結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)了銀行員工在線交流管理系統(tǒng),提升了銀行員工在線交流管理的效率。本文開發(fā)的技術(shù)有:J2EE技術(shù)體系、SSH框架、MVC設(shè)計(jì)模式、B/S架構(gòu)等。在經(jīng)過了最后的測(cè)試之后,表明了本文開發(fā)的系統(tǒng)達(dá)到了事先預(yù)期的目標(biāo)。通過對(duì)本系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),希望為今后的銀行員工在線交流管理系統(tǒng)的研究奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of information technology has laid the foundation for the information construction of bank's daily management. In this paper, combined with the actual situation of online communication and management of bank staff, a set of technical scheme of online communication design of bank staff based on J2EE technology system is put forward. According to the demand of online communication management of bank staff and the actual situation of online communication management of bank staff, this paper realizes the online communication system of bank staff based on the design of J2EE technology system and BES structure. The main research contents are as follows: firstly, the research background, research significance, research status and research content are described; The related technology of the system design is introduced, which lays the technical foundation for the detailed design of the system. In the demand analysis of online communication system for bank staff, based on the research foundation of domestic and foreign banks, the functions that the system needs to realize are analyzed in detail. On the result of this analysis, combined with the analysis of the technical framework, the suitable technical framework of the system is selected, and the structure and function modules of the system are designed in detail, and the database of the system is selected and divided. The database table structure is designed in detail. Then, the module of the system is implemented with Java language, and the system is tested according to the requirements of the users. The test results show that the functions of the designed online communication management system for bank employees basically meet the needs of the users. The goal of system design is achieved. Finally, the research of this paper is summarized, and the deficiency of the research is prospected. Based on the design of J2EE technology system and BES structure, this paper realizes the online communication management system of bank staff, and improves the efficiency of online communication management of bank staff. The technologies developed in this paper are as follows: J2EE technology system, SSH framework, MVC design pattern, BES architecture and so on. After the final test, it is shown that the system developed in this paper has achieved the expected goal. Through the design and implementation of this system, we hope to lay a foundation for the future research of bank staff online communication management system.
