基于移動客戶端的健康監(jiān)測子系統(tǒng)設計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:我國有高血壓家庭大多使用傳統(tǒng)電子血壓計,而血壓計的使用過程中的易用性、數(shù)據(jù)傳輸性、醫(yī)患之間的數(shù)據(jù)共享都存在急需改進完善之處,導致患者發(fā)病風險提高、就醫(yī)不及時、額外醫(yī)療費用增加等情況。隨著智能手機的普及發(fā)展,可以作為一個外部傳輸和數(shù)據(jù)集成的平臺,提供檢測功能和用戶服務,并實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)共享交互,接入更多的醫(yī)療資源和監(jiān)控服務業(yè)務。本文以血壓監(jiān)測為研究入口,以遠程醫(yī)療、物聯(lián)網各類應用技術為研究對象,通過學習國內外文獻資料、預研可能的技術、試驗并篩選合適的技術等手段,設計并實現(xiàn)移動終端健康監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)。本文重點研發(fā)面向慢病人群的手機終端健康監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),建立完善的移動終端健康服務平臺體系架構,開發(fā)基于物聯(lián)網技術的遠程醫(yī)療以及健康監(jiān)測終端設備;實現(xiàn)遠程醫(yī)療活動基礎信息的采集和傳遞,滿足個人的基本醫(yī)療、慢病管理;實現(xiàn)健康監(jiān)測、健康數(shù)據(jù)智能分析、健康指導健康信息檢索等功能;實現(xiàn)對遠程慢病患者的重點生理檢測指標日常監(jiān)測、智能化健康評估,對個體及群體的健康危險因素進行全面管理,并將便攜式移動終端產品及服務帶入慢病患者的健康服務中。本文系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)兩個子系統(tǒng),即手機應用血壓管理子系統(tǒng)、云端個人血壓管理子系統(tǒng),健康監(jiān)測手機應用的功能主要包括用戶注冊頁面、用戶登錄頁面、藍牙連接血壓計頁面、查看健康記錄頁面,云平臺實現(xiàn)監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)的接收和前臺顯示,對于指標異常(即不在標準值范圍內的檢測值)進行提醒和健康預警。邏輯功能包括健康傳感器、健康監(jiān)測手機APP、平臺數(shù)據(jù)中心、健康檢測系統(tǒng)四部分,輔以用戶安全隱私防護框架,加強用戶認證、數(shù)據(jù)接入、安全存儲的管理,制定完善的安全策略。技術亮點包括:一是基于終端設備醫(yī)療健康中間件技術,為上層應用開發(fā)提供統(tǒng)一的數(shù)據(jù)處理、服務調度接口,為解決以后擴展不同生理信息采集設備在通信協(xié)議、數(shù)據(jù)格式等方面的差異;二是基于Android平臺的開發(fā)技術難點,突出設計符合用戶使用習慣的界面設計,兼顧適配不同機型;同時關注向后兼容,適應不同版本OS;提升系統(tǒng)可拓展性及架構彈性,實現(xiàn)對未來需求的快速響應支持。本系統(tǒng)以用例為單位,對程序進行測試,統(tǒng)計用例BUG數(shù)及千行代碼缺陷密度,經過測試數(shù)據(jù)驗證,系統(tǒng)功能可以滿足要求,可以運用至實際生產。本課題研究內容擴展性較好,對個體及群體的健康危險因素進行全面管理,具有較好應用前景。
[Abstract]:In our country, the traditional electronic sphygmomanometer is mostly used in the family of hypertension, and the ease of use, data transmission and data sharing between doctors and patients in the process of use of sphygmomanometer are in urgent need of improvement and perfection, which leads to the increase of patients' risk of onset. Medical treatment is not timely, additional medical costs increased and so on. With the popularity and development of smart phones, it can be used as an external transmission and data integration platform to provide detection functions and user services, and to achieve data sharing and interaction, access to more medical resources and monitoring services. This article takes blood pressure monitoring as the research entrance, takes the telemedicine, the Internet of things application technology as the research object, through the study domestic and foreign literature material, prestudies the possible technology, the experiment and the screening suitable technology and so on means, Design and implement the mobile terminal health monitoring system. This paper focuses on the development of mobile phone terminal health monitoring system for people with chronic illness, the establishment of a perfect mobile terminal health service platform architecture, the development of telemedicine and health monitoring terminal equipment based on Internet of things technology; To realize the collection and transmission of basic information of telemedicine activities, to satisfy the basic medical treatment of individuals and the management of chronic diseases, to realize the functions of health monitoring, intelligent analysis of health data, health information retrieval of health guidance and so on. To realize daily monitoring, intelligent health assessment, and comprehensive management of health risk factors of individuals and groups of patients with long-range chronic diseases. Portable mobile terminal products and services will be brought into the health services of patients with chronic illness. This system realizes two subsystems, namely mobile phone application blood pressure management subsystem, cloud personal blood pressure management subsystem, health monitoring mobile phone application function mainly includes user registration page, user login page, Bluetooth connection sphygmomanometer page, In view of the health record page, the cloud platform implements the receiving and foreground display of monitoring data, reminders and health warnings of indicator anomalies (that is, those values that are not within the standard value range). Logic functions include health sensors, health monitoring mobile phone APP, platform data center, health detection system four parts, supplemented by user security and privacy protection framework, strengthen user authentication, data access, security storage management. Develop a sound security policy. Technical highlights include: first, based on the terminal equipment medical and health middleware technology, to provide a unified data processing for upper application development, service scheduling interface, in order to solve the future expansion of different physiological information acquisition equipment in the communication protocol, Differences in data formats and other aspects; The second is the difficulty of developing technology based on Android platform, which emphasizes the interface design which accords with the user's habit of using and adapts to different models. At the same time, it pays attention to backward compatibility and adapts to different versions of OS;. Improve system scalability and architecture elasticity to achieve rapid response to future needs support. This system takes the use case as the unit, carries on the test to the program, statistics the case BUG number and the thousand lines code defect density, after the test data verification, the system function can satisfy the request, can apply to the actual production. The research content of this paper has a good expansibility, and the health risk factors of individuals and groups are managed in an all-round way, which has a good application prospect.
