基于移動(dòng)客戶端的健康監(jiān)測(cè)子系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:我國(guó)有高血壓家庭大多使用傳統(tǒng)電子血壓計(jì),而血壓計(jì)的使用過程中的易用性、數(shù)據(jù)傳輸性、醫(yī)患之間的數(shù)據(jù)共享都存在急需改進(jìn)完善之處,導(dǎo)致患者發(fā)病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提高、就醫(yī)不及時(shí)、額外醫(yī)療費(fèi)用增加等情況。隨著智能手機(jī)的普及發(fā)展,可以作為一個(gè)外部傳輸和數(shù)據(jù)集成的平臺(tái),提供檢測(cè)功能和用戶服務(wù),并實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)共享交互,接入更多的醫(yī)療資源和監(jiān)控服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)。本文以血壓監(jiān)測(cè)為研究入口,以遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)各類應(yīng)用技術(shù)為研究對(duì)象,通過學(xué)習(xí)國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)資料、預(yù)研可能的技術(shù)、試驗(yàn)并篩選合適的技術(shù)等手段,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)移動(dòng)終端健康監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)。本文重點(diǎn)研發(fā)面向慢病人群的手機(jī)終端健康監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng),建立完善的移動(dòng)終端健康服務(wù)平臺(tái)體系架構(gòu),開發(fā)基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療以及健康監(jiān)測(cè)終端設(shè)備;實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療活動(dòng)基礎(chǔ)信息的采集和傳遞,滿足個(gè)人的基本醫(yī)療、慢病管理;實(shí)現(xiàn)健康監(jiān)測(cè)、健康數(shù)據(jù)智能分析、健康指導(dǎo)健康信息檢索等功能;實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)遠(yuǎn)程慢病患者的重點(diǎn)生理檢測(cè)指標(biāo)日常監(jiān)測(cè)、智能化健康評(píng)估,對(duì)個(gè)體及群體的健康危險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行全面管理,并將便攜式移動(dòng)終端產(chǎn)品及服務(wù)帶入慢病患者的健康服務(wù)中。本文系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)兩個(gè)子系統(tǒng),即手機(jī)應(yīng)用血壓管理子系統(tǒng)、云端個(gè)人血壓管理子系統(tǒng),健康監(jiān)測(cè)手機(jī)應(yīng)用的功能主要包括用戶注冊(cè)頁面、用戶登錄頁面、藍(lán)牙連接血壓計(jì)頁面、查看健康記錄頁面,云平臺(tái)實(shí)現(xiàn)監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的接收和前臺(tái)顯示,對(duì)于指標(biāo)異常(即不在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值范圍內(nèi)的檢測(cè)值)進(jìn)行提醒和健康預(yù)警。邏輯功能包括健康傳感器、健康監(jiān)測(cè)手機(jī)APP、平臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)中心、健康檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)四部分,輔以用戶安全隱私防護(hù)框架,加強(qiáng)用戶認(rèn)證、數(shù)據(jù)接入、安全存儲(chǔ)的管理,制定完善的安全策略。技術(shù)亮點(diǎn)包括:一是基于終端設(shè)備醫(yī)療健康中間件技術(shù),為上層應(yīng)用開發(fā)提供統(tǒng)一的數(shù)據(jù)處理、服務(wù)調(diào)度接口,為解決以后擴(kuò)展不同生理信息采集設(shè)備在通信協(xié)議、數(shù)據(jù)格式等方面的差異;二是基于Android平臺(tái)的開發(fā)技術(shù)難點(diǎn),突出設(shè)計(jì)符合用戶使用習(xí)慣的界面設(shè)計(jì),兼顧適配不同機(jī)型;同時(shí)關(guān)注向后兼容,適應(yīng)不同版本OS;提升系統(tǒng)可拓展性及架構(gòu)彈性,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)未來需求的快速響應(yīng)支持。本系統(tǒng)以用例為單位,對(duì)程序進(jìn)行測(cè)試,統(tǒng)計(jì)用例BUG數(shù)及千行代碼缺陷密度,經(jīng)過測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)驗(yàn)證,系統(tǒng)功能可以滿足要求,可以運(yùn)用至實(shí)際生產(chǎn)。本課題研究?jī)?nèi)容擴(kuò)展性較好,對(duì)個(gè)體及群體的健康危險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行全面管理,具有較好應(yīng)用前景。

This paper focuses on the development of mobile phone terminal health monitoring system for people with chronic illness, the establishment of a perfect mobile terminal health service platform architecture, the development of telemedicine and health monitoring terminal equipment based on Internet of things technology; To realize the collection and transmission of basic information of telemedicine activities, to satisfy the basic medical treatment of individuals and the management of chronic diseases, to realize the functions of health monitoring, intelligent analysis of health data, health information retrieval of health guidance and so on. To realize daily monitoring, intelligent health assessment, and comprehensive management of health risk factors of individuals and groups of patients with long-range chronic diseases. Portable mobile terminal products and services will be brought into the health services of patients with chronic illness. This system realizes two subsystems, namely mobile phone application blood pressure management subsystem, cloud personal blood pressure management subsystem, health monitoring mobile phone application function mainly includes user registration page, user login page, Bluetooth connection sphygmomanometer page, In view of the health record page, the cloud platform implements the receiving and foreground display of monitoring data, reminders and health warnings of indicator anomalies (that is, those values that are not within the standard value range).
