【摘要】：本文針對(duì)某航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)產(chǎn)品制造的過(guò)程,在供應(yīng)鏈管理理論基礎(chǔ)和應(yīng)用技術(shù)指導(dǎo)下,深入研究了產(chǎn)品制造的全過(guò)程和信息關(guān)系。分析了航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)庫(kù)管理業(yè)務(wù)流程和生產(chǎn)組織管理中存在的問(wèn)題,利用建模工具對(duì)航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)庫(kù)零件構(gòu)建了功能模型和信息模塊。在ERP航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)庫(kù)管理模塊設(shè)計(jì)中充分考慮到管理人員、管理工具、管理對(duì)象、管理方法、管理環(huán)境等因素,采用系統(tǒng)方法論、流程優(yōu)化理論建立模型,分析模型重點(diǎn)因素,建立方法集。實(shí)現(xiàn)了航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)生產(chǎn)制程物流、信息流、資金流的統(tǒng)一,為企業(yè)航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)制造管理的科學(xué)化、信息化提供了保障平臺(tái),為進(jìn)一步實(shí)現(xiàn)智能化制造奠定了基礎(chǔ)。本文探討了系統(tǒng)方法論、流程優(yōu)化方法論、現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理理論和方法。針對(duì)航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)生產(chǎn)、制造、庫(kù)管特點(diǎn)研究并開(kāi)發(fā)了一套適合本企業(yè)的ERP航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)庫(kù)系統(tǒng)模塊。本文所研究的內(nèi)容和具體工作主要:(1)借助系統(tǒng)集成理論、流程再造方法論對(duì)ERP航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)庫(kù)系統(tǒng)模塊進(jìn)行的集成架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)完全符合企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀及航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)管理需求。(2)建立了一個(gè)良好的信息工作平臺(tái)。利用IT手段建立信息共享平臺(tái),實(shí)現(xiàn)信息從以往的縱向傳播轉(zhuǎn)向縱橫向的結(jié)合傳播,以信息為動(dòng)力實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)資源的整合。(3)對(duì)系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施方案進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),滿(mǎn)足各狀態(tài)航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)產(chǎn)品出入庫(kù)、各類(lèi)報(bào)表及關(guān)鍵參數(shù)控制管理。(4)以信息化為手段提高航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確率和工作效率。為精益生產(chǎn)提供依據(jù),并減少因人的因素對(duì)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的影響。該ERP航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)庫(kù)管理模塊與財(cái)務(wù)、采購(gòu)、銷(xiāo)售管理模塊對(duì)接,集成各業(yè)務(wù)流程及基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),實(shí)現(xiàn)庫(kù)存準(zhǔn)確性管理向合理性管理轉(zhuǎn)變各環(huán)節(jié)的設(shè)計(jì)充分考慮生產(chǎn)的節(jié)拍、訂單的交付跟蹤、財(cái)務(wù)系統(tǒng)對(duì)接、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)各狀態(tài)管控。各相關(guān)人員可隨時(shí)從系統(tǒng)中了解到最新的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)生產(chǎn)入庫(kù)信息,并實(shí)現(xiàn)采購(gòu)、倉(cāng)存、應(yīng)付、財(cái)務(wù)管理一體化,提高計(jì)劃執(zhí)行率,保證產(chǎn)品交貨期,提高客戶(hù)滿(mǎn)意度。
[Abstract]:In this paper, under the guidance of supply chain management theory and application technology, the whole process and information relationship of the manufacture of an aero-engine product are deeply studied under the guidance of the supply chain management theory and application technology. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the business process and production organization management of aero-engine storehouse, and constructs the functional model and information module of aero-engine storehouse parts by using modeling tools. In the design of the ERP aero-engine database management module, the management personnel, management tools, management objects, management methods, management environment and other factors are fully considered. The system methodology and process optimization theory are used to establish the model and analyze the key factors of the model. Establish a set of methods. The unity of logistics, information flow and capital flow in aero-engine production process is realized, which provides a guarantee platform for scientific and information-based aero-engine manufacturing management in enterprises, and lays a foundation for further realizing intelligent manufacturing. This paper discusses system methodology, process optimization methodology, modern enterprise management theory and methods. According to the characteristics of aero-engine production, manufacture and storage tube, a set of ERP aero-engine hangar system module which is suitable for this enterprise is studied and developed. The main contents and concrete work of this paper are as follows: (1) with the help of system integration theory, The integrated architecture design of ERP Aeronautical engine Depot system Module based on process Reengineering methodology accords fully with the current situation of the enterprise and the requirement of aero-engine management. (2) A good information working platform has been established. The information sharing platform is established by means of IT to realize the transformation of information from vertical transmission to vertical and horizontal integration. (3) the implementation scheme of the system is designed, and the integration of enterprise resources is realized with information as the driving force. (3) the implementation scheme of the system is designed. Meet all the status of aero-engine products in and out of the warehouse, all kinds of reports and key parameters control management. (4) by means of information technology to improve the accuracy and efficiency of aero-engine data. Provide a basis for lean production, and reduce the impact of human factors on product quality. The ERP aero-engine warehouse management module interconnects with the finance, procurement and sales management modules, integrates various business processes and basic data, and realizes the transformation from inventory accuracy management to rational management. The design of each link takes full consideration of the rhythm of production. Order delivery tracking, financial system docking, engine status control. All relevant personnel can get the latest engine production stock-in information from the system at any time, and realize the integration of purchase, storage, coping, financial management, improve the plan execution rate, ensure the delivery date of the product, and improve the customer satisfaction.
