碳素公司運銷管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:At present, computer technology has been widely used in a variety of industries, its advantages are gradually emerging. Based on the above reasons, more and more fields began to promote information construction, including carbon enterprises. However, at present, the information level of carbon enterprise management is not high, and the traditional manual management model is still used to manage the enterprise transportation and marketing information. This model is not only inefficient, but also needs a lot of manpower cost to meet the existing management needs. Under this background, it is an inevitable trend to construct a new transportation and marketing management system for carbon enterprises according to the demand of transportation and marketing management in carbon enterprises. Firstly, the paper analyzes the application status and existing problems of the existing management system in carbon enterprises, and completes the requirement analysis of the system, including feasibility analysis and functional requirement analysis. On the basis of requirement analysis, the architecture, function module and database of the system are designed in detail. Then, the overall realization of the system and the realization of each function module are introduced in detail, and the system is tested. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of the system are summarized. This paper designs and implements the transportation and marketing management system of carbon Company, and studies and discusses the application and development of the system development using MVC framework, JAVA language and Oracle database. The transportation and marketing management system of carbon Company includes five functional modules: safety inspection management, customer management, transportation management, contract management and invoice management. The safety inspection management includes safety inspection plan, safety inspection summary, and so on. Three sub-function modules of the safety check table; Customer management includes four sub-function modules: customer addition, customer deletion, customer modification and customer inquiry, and transportation management includes product management, transportation application management, transport channel management, planning management and transportation management. The contract management includes carbon contract management and transportation contract management two sub-function modules, and the transportation and sales invoice management includes four sub-function modules: bill entry, invoice audit, bill inquiry, and bill statistics. 3) the contract management includes four sub-function modules: carbon contract management, transportation contract management and transportation contract management.
