【摘要】：近年來,法院的信息化建設(shè)有了較大的發(fā)展,已經(jīng)實現(xiàn)了審判工作、執(zhí)行工作、信訪工作等業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)的信息化管理,極大的方便了各級法院法官的工作需要。在此基礎(chǔ)上產(chǎn)生了大量的各類信息數(shù)據(jù),如何將這些數(shù)據(jù)有效的利用起來,滿足日益增加的數(shù)據(jù)分析需要成為當(dāng)前階段工作的重點。目前法院審判、執(zhí)行的信息化數(shù)據(jù)都存儲在各自法院的Server上,數(shù)據(jù)孤立存在,形成數(shù)據(jù)信息孤島,限制了數(shù)據(jù)使用效率和應(yīng)用。通過有效的信息集成技術(shù),形成法院工作系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)中心,統(tǒng)一管理和服務(wù)法院各類基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)以及業(yè)務(wù)信息,滿足領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集中了解各級法院案件的審判階段進展、審判質(zhì)量等情況;并能通過有效的工具和分析方法,按需生成宏觀分析數(shù)據(jù)甚至是趨勢數(shù)據(jù)為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)提供輔助決策功能的平臺系統(tǒng),是法院信息化建設(shè)急需解決的問題及發(fā)展方向。本文的主要工作是設(shè)計實現(xiàn)了法院系統(tǒng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工作平臺,首先介紹數(shù)據(jù)集成的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),即數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換、數(shù)據(jù)抽取、數(shù)據(jù)收發(fā)服務(wù)以及多維主題分析等技術(shù)。第二,平臺的分析包括可行性、必要性、功能性分析。第三,是設(shè)計平臺系統(tǒng)的整體框架及功能體系,對系統(tǒng)管理、基礎(chǔ)信息管理、數(shù)據(jù)集成服務(wù)管理以及法院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工作管理等系統(tǒng)功能進行了設(shè)計。接著,本文對主要的功能模塊的業(yè)務(wù)流程進行了設(shè)計,設(shè)計了系統(tǒng)管理及維護流程、基礎(chǔ)信息管理維護流程、數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)管理流程以及領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工作管理等的業(yè)務(wù)邏輯流程。第四,對平臺系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)進行了簡要說明,包括集成數(shù)據(jù)中心的采集、匯總及主題分析的過程實現(xiàn);領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工作平臺界面展示;服務(wù)接口格式的詳細說明;以及系統(tǒng)模塊測試、響應(yīng)測試、壓力測試等過程的用例和結(jié)果介紹,最后對系統(tǒng)進行了總結(jié)和展望。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the informatization construction of the court has made great progress. It has realized the information management of the business system such as trial work, execution work, letter and visit work and so on, which greatly facilitates the work needs of the court judges at all levels. On this basis, a large number of various kinds of information data have been generated. How to use these data effectively to meet the increasing needs of data analysis has become the focus of the current stage of work. At present, the information data of the court trial and execution are stored on the Server of the respective courts. The data are isolated and form the isolated island of the data information, which limits the efficiency and application of the data use. Through the effective information integration technology to form the court working system data center, unified management and service court all kinds of basic data and the business information, satisfies the leader to concentrate to understand the court case at all levels the trial stage progress, the trial quality and so on situation; Through effective tools and analysis methods, the platform system which can generate macro-analysis data and trend data on demand to provide decision-making function for leaders is an urgent problem and development direction of court information construction. The main work of this paper is to design and implement the leading platform of court system. Firstly, the key technologies of data integration, such as data conversion, data extraction, data receiving and receiving services and multidimensional thematic analysis, are introduced. Second, the analysis of the platform includes feasibility, necessity, functional analysis. Thirdly, it designs the whole framework and function system of the platform system, and designs the system functions such as system management, basic information management, data integration service management and court leadership work management. Then, this paper designs the business process of the main functional modules, including system management and maintenance process, basic information management and maintenance process, data service management process and leadership work management business logic process. Fourth, the implementation of the platform system is briefly described, including the integration of data center collection, summary and thematic analysis of the process realization; leadership work platform interface display; service interface format detailed description; And the system module test, response test, stress test and other process cases and results are introduced. Finally, the system is summarized and prospected.
