【摘要】：原有IT綜合運維系統(tǒng)的主要不足,在于流程過于復(fù)雜、日常操作不便利,流程固化不可變,執(zhí)行效率很低,導(dǎo)致客戶和項目人員不想用、不愿用、推廣應(yīng)用的難度大,同時缺少相配套的考核機制。因此,搭建一個基于工作流的、流程可定制的、簡化操作的IT綜合運維系統(tǒng)運維管理平臺非常必要。IT綜合運維系統(tǒng)基于B/S架構(gòu)的應(yīng)用體系,使用MVC思想,采用J2EE平臺內(nèi)的SSH框架進(jìn)行開發(fā)。在IT綜合運維系統(tǒng)內(nèi),應(yīng)用軟件在業(yè)務(wù)架構(gòu)中通過應(yīng)用服務(wù)組件,利用業(yè)務(wù)服務(wù)平臺、業(yè)務(wù)流程管理、應(yīng)用集成、WEB服務(wù)引擎提供技術(shù)支撐,在技術(shù)框架中主要使用MVC思想、服務(wù)框架、WEB組件、報表打印、消息平臺技術(shù)輔助進(jìn)行開發(fā)。IT綜合運維系統(tǒng)采用SQL Server2014進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)存儲,設(shè)計的核心表為問題單表、變更單表、項目表、供應(yīng)商表及解決方案表。IT綜合運維系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了五個模塊,即問題管理、變更管理、供應(yīng)商管理和項目管理、事件管理、統(tǒng)計查詢。問題管理實現(xiàn)了提交問題、關(guān)閉問題、識別問題、問題調(diào)查和診斷、制定解決方案、實施解決方案、實施后回顧。變更管理實現(xiàn)了請求變更、變更記錄和分類、關(guān)聯(lián)配置項、初步風(fēng)險評估、實施解決方案、執(zhí)行變更、是否需要發(fā)布、變更可行性與風(fēng)險分析、變更是否完成、是否允許變更、制定變更計劃及回退計劃、安排變更任務(wù)、變更實施后評審、關(guān)閉變更。供應(yīng)商管理和項目管理實現(xiàn)了供應(yīng)商管理、項目管理。事件管理實現(xiàn)了事件記錄識別和歸類、處理事件、解決事件、事件關(guān)閉、確定重大事件、實施解決方案/臨時措施、上報高層、執(zhí)行決策。統(tǒng)計查詢實現(xiàn)了統(tǒng)計、智能簡報。IT綜合運維系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用后,可提高后續(xù)事件、問題處理的準(zhǔn)確性及時效性,提高了運維服務(wù)和管理水平,使企業(yè)和項目的運維工作進(jìn)入一個不斷自我完善和持續(xù)優(yōu)化的良性循環(huán)之中。
[Abstract]:The main deficiency of the original IT integrated operation and maintenance system is that the process is too complex, the daily operation is not convenient, the process solidification is immutable, the execution efficiency is very low, resulting in the customers and project personnel do not want to use, the difficulty of popularizing and applying, At the same time, there is a lack of matching assessment mechanism. Therefore, it is necessary to build an operation and maintenance management platform of IT integrated operation and maintenance system based on workflow, customizable process and simplified operation. It integrated operation and maintenance system based on B / S architecture application system, using the idea of MVC, The SSH framework in J2EE platform is used for development. In the IT integrated operation and maintenance system, the application software provides technical support through the application service component, business process management, application integration, WEB service engine in the business architecture, and mainly uses the MVC idea in the technical framework, and makes use of the business service platform, the business process management, the application integration, and the WEB service engine to provide the technical support. Service framework, WEB components, report printing, message platform technology to assist in the development. It integrated operation and maintenance system uses SQL Server2014 for data storage, designed core tables for problem list table, change order table, item table. It integrated operation and maintenance system implemented five modules, namely, problem management, change management, supplier management and project management, event management, statistical query. Problem management enables problem submission, closing, problem identification, problem investigation and diagnosis, development of solutions, and post-implementation review. Change management implements requests for changes, change records and classifications, association of configuration items, initial risk assessment, implementation of solutions, execution of changes, need to be published, feasibility and risk analysis of changes, completion of changes, and whether changes are allowed. Make change plan and return plan, arrange change task, change post-implementation review, close change. Supplier management and project management realize supplier management and project management. Event management realizes the identification and classification of event records, the handling of events, the resolution of events, the closure of events, the identification of major events, the implementation of solutions / interim measures, the reporting of high-level decisions, and the execution of decisions. After the application of IT integrated operation and maintenance system, it can improve the follow-up events, the accuracy and efficiency of problem handling, and improve the service and management level of operation and maintenance. Make the operation and maintenance of enterprises and projects into a virtuous circle of continuous self-improvement and continuous optimization.
