【摘要】：當(dāng)前,隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的日益普遍,基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)環(huán)境的證券交易也日益普及,證券交易過程的異常行為對證券交易 有序的負(fù)面也日益凸顯。因此,發(fā)現(xiàn)并檢測出證券交易系統(tǒng)中出現(xiàn)的各種異常行為成為維護互聯(lián)網(wǎng)證券交易的重要環(huán)節(jié),開發(fā)出具有異常檢測能力的證券交易系統(tǒng)對保障證券交易系統(tǒng)用戶的利益具有重要意義。本文主要針對證券交易系統(tǒng)中的異常行為檢測展開,給出了相應(yīng)算法,并對算法進行了相關(guān)測試。同時將算法整合到證券交易系統(tǒng)中,設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)了一個支持異常行為檢測的證券交易系統(tǒng)。本文結(jié)構(gòu)如下:第一章主要介紹了有關(guān)證券交易的現(xiàn)狀,對本課題研究的研究背景以及現(xiàn)實意義進行整體的介紹;第二章介紹了證券分析常用的技術(shù),同時也闡述了網(wǎng)絡(luò)證券交易中所涉及的常用數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù);第三章對證券交易中異常行為檢測技術(shù)進行了需求分析,并從技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟、操作這三個方面進行了技術(shù)的可行性分析;第四章研究了具有自適應(yīng)能力的k-means聚類算法來對異常行為進行檢測,對該算法進行了測試并給出了測試結(jié)果;第五章對支持異常行為檢測的證券交易系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)和測試做詳細(xì)的介紹。
[Abstract]:At present, with the increasing popularity of the Internet, the securities trading based on the Internet environment is becoming more and more popular, and the abnormal behavior of the securities trading process has become more and more negative to the order of the securities trading. Therefore, the discovery and detection of all kinds of abnormal behaviors in the securities trading system has become an important link in maintaining the security trading on the Internet. It is of great significance to develop a securities trading system with abnormal detection ability to protect the interests of the users of the securities trading system. This paper mainly focuses on the abnormal behavior detection in securities trading system, gives the corresponding algorithm, and carries on the correlation test to the algorithm. At the same time, the algorithm is integrated into the securities trading system, and a securities trading system supporting abnormal behavior detection is designed and implemented. The structure of this paper is as follows: the first chapter mainly introduces the current situation of securities trading, and introduces the research background and practical significance of this subject as a whole. The second chapter introduces the commonly used technology of securities analysis, and also describes the common data mining technology involved in the network securities trading. The third chapter analyzes the requirement of abnormal behavior detection technology in securities trading, and analyzes the feasibility of the technology from three aspects: technology, economy and operation. In chapter 4, the adaptive k-means clustering algorithm is studied to detect abnormal behavior, and the test results are given. In chapter 5, the implementation and testing of securities trading system supporting abnormal behavior detection are introduced in detail.
