基于序列輪廓特征的步態(tài)識別研究

【摘要】:隨著計算機視覺技術(shù)的發(fā)展,步態(tài)識別技術(shù)逐漸成為身份識別領(lǐng)域的一大研究熱點。步態(tài)識別是根據(jù)人們走路的風(fēng)格來識別個體身份的一種生物識別技術(shù)。與其它生物識別技術(shù)相比,它具有非接觸、遠距離、難以偽裝、受外部環(huán)境影響小等優(yōu)勢,使它成為一種不可代替的生物識別技術(shù)。因此,本文深入研究步態(tài)識別技術(shù)。首先,研究步態(tài)圖像的預(yù)處理技術(shù)。從視頻中提取步態(tài)圖像時,由于視頻的背景比較簡單,故采用背景減除法提取運動目標(biāo),進而將目標(biāo)圖像二值化。針對有噪聲的圖像,采用形態(tài)學(xué)的相關(guān)操作進行處理。由于目標(biāo)圖像的尺寸不統(tǒng)一,將圖像歸一化,得到歸一化步態(tài)輪廓圖。其次,針對單一輪廓特征識別率低的問題,提出基于輪廓特征的步態(tài)識別方法。該方法將步態(tài)區(qū)域面積、關(guān)鍵距離和質(zhì)心到下半部分最外輪廓距離特征進行融合,識別效果顯著。最后,為了提高步態(tài)識別率,體現(xiàn)步態(tài)的動態(tài)變化過程,提出基于序列輪廓變化特征的步態(tài)識別方法。提取序列步態(tài)關(guān)鍵距離、序列步態(tài)變化量和序列最大寬度特征。分析單一及融合序列輪廓變化特征的識別率,并與單一輪廓特征的識別率進行比較。最終將步態(tài)區(qū)域面積和序列步態(tài)關(guān)鍵距離特征進行融合,即基于序列輪廓變化特征的步態(tài)識別方法。該方法在穿大衣和攜帶背包行走狀態(tài)下,取得不錯的識別效果。
[Abstract]:With the development of computer vision technology, gait recognition technology has gradually become a research hotspot in the field of identity recognition. Gait recognition is a biometric technique to identify individuals according to their walking style. Compared with other biometric technologies, it has the advantages of non-contact, long distance, hard to camouflage and little influence from external environment, which makes it an irreplaceable biometric technology. Therefore, the gait recognition technology is deeply studied in this paper. Firstly, the preprocessing technology of gait image is studied. When gait image is extracted from video, because the background of video is relatively simple, the background subtraction method is used to extract moving object, and then the target image is binarized. For noisy images, morphological operations are used to process them. Because the size of the target image is not uniform, the image is normalized and the normalized gait contour is obtained. Secondly, aiming at the low recognition rate of single contour feature, a gait recognition method based on contour feature is proposed. The gait area, the critical distance and the outermost contour distance from the center of mass to the lower part are fused and the recognition effect is remarkable. Finally, in order to improve the gait recognition rate and reflect the dynamic process of gait, a gait recognition method based on the feature of sequence contour variation is proposed. The key distance of sequence gait, the variation of sequence gait and the feature of maximum width of sequence are extracted. The recognition rate of the variation features of single and fused contour is analyzed and compared with that of single contour. Finally, the gait area and the key distance feature of the sequence gait are fused, that is, the gait recognition method based on the variation feature of the sequence contour. This method has good recognition effect under the condition of wearing overcoat and carrying backpack.
