【摘要】：大型連鎖醫(yī)藥銷售企業(yè)的管理常采用電子信息系統(tǒng)的方式實(shí)現(xiàn),這些系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn)是面向醫(yī)藥銷售的整個(gè)流程,但是缺乏對(duì)門店的有效監(jiān)管,罕有對(duì)門店的巡視管理的專門模塊。目前的銷售門店的監(jiān)管主要來自企業(yè)內(nèi)部的閉環(huán)監(jiān)管,一般由質(zhì)檢部門進(jìn)行巡視檢查,上報(bào)公司,但是巡視材料的形成一般靠手工產(chǎn)生,沒有有效的指標(biāo)體系,無法和現(xiàn)有的管理系統(tǒng)無縫對(duì)接;而且容易形成人浮于事,難以客觀地反映門店的實(shí)際情況。近年來,以Android技術(shù)為代表的移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)迅猛發(fā)展,越來越多的移動(dòng)終端采用了智能操作系統(tǒng),移動(dòng)終端綜合性不斷體現(xiàn),除了通信外,向多功能、智能化方向發(fā)展,各種相關(guān)的功能配件也越來越多,比如WiFi、紅外、藍(lán)牙、高清攝像頭、GPS等。開發(fā)手機(jī)應(yīng)用程序,利用移動(dòng)終端作為管理的一種手段逐漸變?yōu)榭赡�。利用手機(jī)移動(dòng)終端的優(yōu)點(diǎn),開發(fā)安卓平臺(tái)上的醫(yī)藥銷售門店巡視管理系統(tǒng),提高對(duì)醫(yī)藥銷售門店的監(jiān)管水平,為醫(yī)藥連鎖企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供真實(shí)有效的營(yíng)銷數(shù)據(jù),推動(dòng)醫(yī)藥連鎖企業(yè)的健康發(fā)展是本文的出發(fā)點(diǎn)。本文以此為依托,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)基于Android系統(tǒng)的醫(yī)藥銷售門店的巡視系統(tǒng)。首先對(duì)門店巡視系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行定位,確定了其屬于企業(yè)ERP、OA、CRM系統(tǒng)的邊緣系統(tǒng),并對(duì)其功能需求進(jìn)行了梳理。在系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建方面,主要通過手機(jī)拍照、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)打分等手段及時(shí)提交實(shí)時(shí)的巡視結(jié)果,以便企業(yè)的營(yíng)運(yùn)部門和銷售部門實(shí)時(shí)了解門店的經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況。系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了用戶注冊(cè)、門店巡視、數(shù)據(jù)分析等模塊,可以詳盡地反映門店的經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況,為醫(yī)藥銷售的管理部門提供了內(nèi)容真實(shí)、數(shù)據(jù)可靠的第一手資料。
[Abstract]:The management of large chain pharmaceutical sales enterprises is usually realized by electronic information system. The characteristics of these systems are the whole process of facing the pharmaceutical sales, but the lack of effective supervision of the store, there are few special modules of the inspection and management of the store. At present, the supervision of sales stores mainly comes from the closed-loop supervision within the enterprise, which is generally carried out by the quality inspection department to inspect and report to the company. However, the formation of the inspection materials is generally produced by hand, and there is no effective index system. Unable to seamlessly connect with existing management systems; And easy to form overpopulation, it is difficult to objectively reflect the actual situation of the store. In recent years, with the rapid development of mobile Internet technology represented by Android technology, more and more mobile terminals have adopted intelligent operating system. A variety of related features are also increasing, such as WiFi, infrared, Bluetooth, HD camera, GPS and so on. It is gradually possible to develop mobile phone applications and use mobile terminals as a means of management. Using the advantage of mobile phone terminal, we develop the inspection management system of pharmaceutical sales stores on Android platform, improve the supervision level of pharmaceutical sales stores, and provide real and effective marketing data for the development of pharmaceutical chain enterprises. Promoting the healthy development of pharmaceutical chain enterprises is the starting point of this paper. Based on this, this paper designs and implements the inspection system of pharmaceutical sales stores based on Android system. First, the location of the shop inspection system is defined, and the edge system of the enterprise ERP,OA,CRM system is determined, and its functional requirements are combed. In the aspect of system construction, the real-time inspection results are submitted in time by taking photos of mobile phones and scoring on the spot, so that the operation department and sales department of the enterprise can understand the management status of the store in real time. The system realizes the modules of user registration, shop inspection, data analysis and so on, which can reflect the management status of the store in detail, and provide the management department of pharmaceutical sales with the real and reliable first-hand information.
