南開中學(xué)住宿樓門禁管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:Nankai Middle School in Tianjin is divided into two campuses, across Erweilu Road in Nankai District. There are three dormitory buildings with a large number of teachers and students. Dormitory management is always the key and difficult point of campus management. In recent years, there are frequent incidents of lodging students violating school regulations, especially going out to the Internet, not going home at night, etc. At the same time, the illegal entry and exit of foreign personnel also cause huge security risks. In addition to the factors of students and outsiders, the main reason is that the campus management measures are not in place, the management staff are not professional, and the management methods are backward. In view of the many problems in the management of the dormitory building in Nankai Middle School, in order to realize the safe management of the system, I have designed a set of entrance control management system for Nankai Middle School. The system consists of a B / S architecture project and a client-side attendance device. This system can not only control the entrance and exit of relevant doors in different periods of time, but also can effectively prevent the occurrence of illegal incidents, and can also edit and statistics the basic information of teachers and students, and the information data of attendance. With the help of the system software, the management of school dormitory building is more effective, fast, accurate, safe and saves a lot of material resources and manpower. The database of attendance system in this software is stored by Oracle 10G. The user interface of this system is designed with JAVA, JAVA can be fully object-oriented programming, and the five modules of teacher-student management, entrance guard management, logistics management and query statistics management are designed with various controls. The current access between the database and the system through various JDBC access objects to complete the data connection. The system is easy for users to operate, easy for developers to maintain, and allows low cost. The use of this access control system software has bid farewell to the inefficient and complicated management model of the past, and has facilitated campus managers to find and deal with various problems as early as possible, to reduce management costs and improve work efficiency. Realize the goal, automation, standardization and perfect operation and maintenance system of intelligent management campus in Nankai Middle School.
